Good Day
I completed the November monthly trading post on 1/11/2023 and looted the cosmic weapons cache. I received all current rewards from it. I have since found out that 2 new items were added to the cache last night. I have not received the 2 new items, specifically Gorridar, Darkblade of the Sunderer and Seetheras, Broadsword of the Sunderer. I have no option to re-open the chest either. Please could this be sorted out.

Same issue here!
I did notice that there was a Vendor NPC in Orgrimmar to the right of the trading post which had these items.
Might be worth checking that out. Might not be a solution, but worth a look.
edit reporting in. I suffer from this aswell.
I can see the vendor you are speaking of and the error text suggests the item is locked. All Other items have the Already Known status text apart from the 2 new items.
And the same here - I assume they’ll allow these to be collected from the trader’s chest, shortly, but realistically not expecting it before Monday or even the reset.
Yea, same issue here, I was able to open up the Trader’s Chest to receive the additional tokens I got from prepurchasing the next expansion but still didn’t receive any cosmetics regardless.
Completed my trading post day 1 aswell, please blizzard fix :>

I too am being impacted by this issue as well as being missing the two new swords I am missing most of the other items - in fact I’ve only received the 1h sword.

Good. I seem to only have recieved the weapons my druid can use, so the dagger and the staff, but not the 3(?) other items.
If I remember correctly, paladins can not use daggers and staves?
As a druid, I only recieved the dagger and the staff, and no swords… which I can’t use anyways. Hopefully fixed soon!
Having the same issue. Finished the monthly trading post stuff on the 1st.
Don’t have the two new swords and can not get them from vendor.
Trading Post adds all the appearances, even the ones that character can’t use. All The Things will report an unknown item / source being added - logging or creating a character that can use them will have them learnt. (If you check on, say, a warrior, and you don’t have even Taesavir, Sword of the Grand Design, you’ve an extra problem on top of things 
)
The initial reported problem here is people who did the monthly reward before the two additional swords ( a second 1H and a 2H were added after The War Within reveal ) haven’t received them at all and currently have no way to do so.
Echoing your hope it’s fixed soon, but I suspect most folk will be at BlizzCon so we might be waiting a few days 
I checked it before posting, by logging my warrior. I’ll doubble check tomorrow, but not on my computer atm.
