Same problem here, completed the TP on day one, the swords added overnight aren’t being rewarded retroactively. I can see them on the suspicious vendor but they’re locked.
As a fury main the additions to the cosmic weapons got me excited as the original selection was a bust but not actually getting them is just a kick in the face.
Hopefully this gets resolved.
Same issue. Compleated the traders post on Day 1. Don’t have the additional added weapons in my log and unable to obtain them today. If it helps I finished the log on a mage, Want to use the swords on a warrior. Don’t have them nore able to obtain them
Chiming in, I have the same issue and while I can see and interact with the vendor NPC added to sell the swords to those that missed out on them, I cannot buy them from the NPC at all
Also chiming in to report being a Day 1 completionist, who didn’t have the additional weapons added to his account
a new blue post about the status on this please?. like how long do we have to wait or are they actively working on fixing it?
Well they posted this on Saturday, and it’s now Sunday night. So I suspect it will be Monday morning (US time) before they even look at the report.
I would say be patient until it turns up in your collection at some point during the week.
you think they dont work on saturday and sunday at blizz?. imagine saturday morning servers goes down and blizz be like its weekend deal with it we will fix them monday we dont work durning the weekend…
Honestly, I wish they did.
But after the mess they left the game in over Xmas period last year, and we went 2 weeks without class tuning or dungeon tuning during the busiest time of year.
Whilst I appreciate they deserve their weekends and holiday periods. They should definitely consider that those times are the busiest times for their business.
Ingame GM’s work a skeleton staff over the weekends we’ve been told in the past, but the community managers (forum GM’s), and developers work “Office Hours”.
Tho I suspect some senior developers will be on call, in case servers actually crash. But they won’t be working on bug-fixes over the weekend.

Hello! We’ve identified the issue with the missing Cosmic Weapon Cache items. The missing items should be returned over the course of this week.
and yet its still not in my collection even after reset -.- gj
Both here and on US forums people commenting that they still don’t have the transmogs after the reset.
Someone posted that in an answer to their ticket the appearances would be there after the reset but this would not work for everyone.
Is there anybody able to comment that it has worked for them as understandably this is just going to be people feeding back that they still don’t have it.
Confirmation that it has worked for some would be helpful 
Now got home and can confirm that it’s still not resolved on my account I don’t know why they can’t just make it freely purchasable from the sus trader near the TP for 1c, it’s a cosmetic so not like it’s giving an advantage.
The weekly reset has come and gone with no solution. It would be grand if this could be sorted out as soon as possible thank you.
I still don’t have these two swords after update. I complated trading post missions before Blizzcon.

I have the same problem here and I sent this problem as an error, it also frustrates me to see those swords every time I see that I cannot add them to my collection, any quick solution?
Just adding to the crowd of voices. I’m also still missing the appearances after several days / the weekly maintenance finishing.

How hard is it to give us the swords?.. You would think we where asking for the world. What a joke. What’s frustrating is people who are doing it now sitting with the rewards.
