i would not be surprised that soon we will be told that they cant hotfix it and they will only be able to fix it with a patch and we got to wait for 10.2.5

Still nothing here, any possible chance of an update?
still missing blizz, just mail everyone the swords and call it a day. its just a cosmetic and you should have thought about this when adding it to an existing trading post reward which many complete in the first few days -.-
Itās been weekly maintenance and the mogs are still missing on my end.
No amount of relogging has helped either.
Iām also still missing these swords. I hope lessons have been learned from this. Blizzcon happened one week ago and weāve seen no improvement on this bug since then. I feel like itās time to take some action. Canāt be that hard to just mail the missing items to all players or make the weapons purchaseable at the vendor next to the Traiding Post for one copper.
I totally understand that with 10.2 there are more important bugs to fix so why not get this one over with the easy way?

I can definitely understand your frustration regarding delays to what might seem like an easy fix.
Given the specifics in this case itās not quite as straightforward as one might think, but the good news is a hotfix is currently in testing and should hopefully be ready soon now!

Still nothing, lame a** stupid decisions to give two weapon xmog after the 1st of monthā¦ WHERE ARE MY SWORDS!!!
Still no resolution to this, keep seeing āweāre awareā āweāre working on itā āitās not simpleā but the fix which has been documented on the US forums clearly isnāt working.
Just mail them to us already, itās obviously a physical item which can be distributed since itās on the vendor next to the trading post. Itās a cosmetic item and offers no advantage. Admit you made a mistake, take the hit, and learn from the experience.

So why is this marked as solved / with a solution? I see some comments saying they just suddenly got it but I am not among them, the weapons are nowhere to be found and I have done things like āCompletely re-start the gameā - āLog onto a Warriorā - āDisable addonsā - āReset interface optionsā and some other ācould be solutionsā Iāve seen around.
The Suspicious Trader NPC also refuses to let me buy the items, as if I havenāt completed the monthly trading post goal (Which I have.)
