i still have not gotten my blazing hippogryph mount and its been more than 48 hours and i have done all the additional details can someone please help?

Mine hasnāt arrived yet but itās only been 24 hours.
48 hours since I claimed mine , no trace of the mount in my mount inventory. Did a ticket thoā¦
- I can confirm my Twitch and Battlenet accounts are correctly linked on the management page.
- I can confirm I have watched the necessary hours and claimed the Blazing Hippogryph.
- I can confirm all previous Twitch rewards were successfully claimed and obtained.
- I can confirm I have waited 48+ hours (Twitch says ā2 days agoā).
Despite meeting the above criteria, I have not received the Blazing Hippogryph.
This is the only drop Iāve had issue with, even got the ethereal portal toy a few weeks ago no problems.
My Twitch is connected to my battle net page and shows this via the link.
I have claimed the drop and even checked in a private tab on Twitch and it is still claimed.
I have waited 48 hours, it says 2 days ago on the drop thing.
Can someone please fix it for me. Thanks.
Same here i have waited 48 hours and have my account linked. Havent had problem with other drops besides this Blazing Hippogryph now
Same, I claimed the drop, didnt have any problem with the previous drops, just this one, I dont recieve it in game idk (yes, i have my accounts linked and the drop claimed)
Iām in the same boat too. Not had issues with previous drops and itās now been over 48 hours since I claimed my Blazing Hippogryph. I can confirm my account is linked correctly, the drop has been claimed and it has been over 48 hours.

Hi my mount is still missing after 2 full days waiting time.
My Twitch account is linked to Bnet and in the past I never had issues with Twitch drops.
The drop is claimed on Twitch but is not in my mount collection.
Please fix this, thank you.

Quite a few people in this thread actually received the mount after posting, so please do double-check your mount Collection in-game whenever you can.
For the others, our developers are still looking into it, and you do not need to make a second post in this thread.

On my case still nothingā¦ 50 hours have passed. First time I have this problem reclaiming a item from Twitch.
Claimed mine 48 hours ago.
My accounts are all properly set up and linked together. I mean, I did receive the hearthstone toy without any issues and havenāt changed anything since.
Still no Blazing hippogryphā¦

Can confirm my account is connected.
Can confirm I claimed the mount 2 days ago.
Have yet to receive the mount. No other issues with any other drop so far.
As requested have checked my mounts and still not arrived.
48 Hours have passed since I claimed the Mount on Twitch, still didnāt receive it in game.
Account is connected since 1 year ago, didnāt change password, claimed the Toy last week and received in instantly.
