To be blunt, you’re being the retail fan that nobody likes. Coming to Classic and asking for changes.
People are playing Classic because they don’t like the changes retail has received over the years so you coming here and asking for Classic to get some of those changes is obviously going to be met with negative responses.
Are you trolling or just stupid? the game used to work that way and just because the system is bad (which is obviously is) doesnt mean has to change. In fact it got changed over the course of WoW’s lifespan and that is what we have today in retail.
People wanted the old classic experience and thats what they get, which includes the mob tagging and other stupid BS like Respec costs

I’d rather it stay as it is, it encourages partying up and talking to each other, rather than you just happen to be killing the same mobs and both getting rewarded for it.
It isn’t perfect, and there are some real bottleneck named mobs in the early zones, but it isn’t too bad in groups of 5.

drops are not shared meaning that if you make a group of 5 you need 5 more time then if you do it solo
its not worth grouping up if you have no problems with tagging
now if blizzard would make people share drops everyone would be in groups.

it has not been increased. You are likely witnessing dynamic respawns, which was a feature of Vanilla.

They are hostile against you because it is comments like this that ruined retail WoW. People were always crying for quality of life changes and today BfA is basicly a singleplayer game with no MMO feeling at all. People love classic because of the social interactions and because of the MMO feeling.
It is obvious that the classic community won’t be happy when people like you come here and try to make Classic like retail once again. Just play whatever u want man, just don’t complain about Classic being too enforcing on the social aspect cuz that is what makes this game. If you don’t like it, just don’t play it

Keep up the gate keeping guys, it’s not the OP who doesn’t deserve to play the game it’s very one of you idiots flaming him and asking him to leave… Agree with him or not he has a different opinion from yours, respect it and offer criticism as to why you think it’s a bad idea, and not the whole GTFO go back to retail attitude, ppl say it’s the community that makes classic what it is, and this is the worse i’ve ever seen the community, tfw retail has a less toxic environment to be a part of than classic LUL

Although I like shared tagging from retail, it realy encourages helping others but also has some negatrive aspcts. Some people might use it just tag mobs and let others kill it.
I know it’s frustrating when you start your cast at the mob and suddently from around the corner you see other spell or charging warrior hitting the mob but this is how the game was, you can always group up if want to share tagging.
It’s really annoying in the first few days with everyone being clustered in an area, but IMO yes it should stay, to preserve the old feeling of the game
