Modern WoW graphics/ character models in WOTLK Classic

Will there be any chance that we get the modern WoW graphics/ character models in WotLK Classic?
It is great to have WotLK and the same game experience we had in the past, however it is 2022 and the visuals are so out dated that it hurts my eyes. PLEASE add an option to change the visuals.

Only if its just a toggle I personally like the old animations way to much they feel a lot more apropriet at least for a human who wears plate.

I would be open for any solution, the best would be to have both options (old - new graphics). As I remember in the classic beta we had a slider to set the graphics…

Then, I’m sorry to say, go to retail as this isn’t the game for you. The retail graphics are exactly why I don’t play retail. It’s too Disney-esque, too cartoony, too animated. Makes me nauseous.

The classic graphics, sounds, and feel to it are timeless to me. And they don’t need to be more detailed or colorful.

Sorry, but I do not agree with you. Just because I (and probably lot of other people) would like to see updated graphics does not mean that I want to play retail. The gameplay and the content are much better in WotLK. Retail is a joke with all the swiping and in-game shop.

I was not saying that only one or the other option should be available, but in case someone would like to see more up to date visuals to have the option.

Wotlk classic is a meme at this point, even if they make it UE1 it still won’t feel oldschool.
However glad I’d replay the old wotlk, that is something that is impossible to do. It’ll never feel the same.

It is impossible to be the same as the first time due to a lot of reasons, which everyone obviously knows. However, to have an OPTIONAL slider for graphics should not be too much to ask for.

I, and plenty of others, want OPTIONAL RDF.
They can just copy pasta it, so it should be suuuuper easy.
But Blizz says “It interupts with the feeling off nostalgia”.
Works aswell with the graphics question…

I don’t like them but if they’re toggle only it could be fine, if it doesn’t change the appearance for anyone else then not the biggest problem.

That’s the only place you’re going to get it though.

It wouldn’t make any sense for them to have Classic and an option for Retail visuals.
