Hello friends!
Is there any option to like…make 2 dkp tables? we were thinking about starting AQ40 with 0 dkps but dont want to wipe the dkps we have nowadays for mc/bwl so…is there any option to split it somehow?
Ive tried to look for it but wherever i go it just describes the addon but doesnt mention that especifically

Nope, as far as I know you cannot - I can’t see the bidding working that way. I mean, maybe if you resorted to two ppl not syncing together or something… but that’s incredibly risky and you might end up losing one DKP table or the other.
Alternatively, I guess you could back up the two DKP tables on an online spreadsheet, and load the right one into the addon (manually inputing the scores, I mean) before the raid. But I think that’s a lot of work to do with these raid sizes.

You can always make a spreadsheet and type all of DKP - Members down or a notepad for instance.
Otherwise, I don’t believe you can split them in-game.

I think they’re pretty different 
as i’m speaking about the addon.
The addon makes it easier to bid. Which the OP obviously knows already since he’s using the addon. And that’s not the topic of this thread to begin with. At least Kemurai was actually answering the OP’s question.

If you can already figure out why it may make sense to use Monolith DKP, why ask?

To OP :
I would use DKP for the new raid and try to modificate / insert your current molten / bwl raid DKP into EPGP.
Use EPGP for older , not fresh , content and DKP for new.
That’s actually a pretty solid idea. More in general, you could use more than a single DKP addon - one for each tier of content you want to have a separate DKP table for.

So as far as i see this… we may just wipe the tables and when aq40 launches we start from 0.

I’ve never used the addon but I think it uses the officer note section to store data. It’s possible the addon could be modified to parse the note and account for 2 tables but it’s probably easier to just have an excel sheet on 2nd monitor
Loot Council is terrible. You often find guilds say they have a fair LC but that’s just hot air. Humans are naturally biased so if your a friend of an officer or high ranking in a guild or part of the “group” then your going to recieve loot a lot faster than others. DKP rewards attendance and really that’s all that should matter obviously you still need officers to step in when you get a mouth foamer trying to take a piece of gear that benefits another class much more (for example you can still do DKP but give priority on head of Ony to melee dps) but overall its the fairest way to distribute loot.

I’m part of a loot council myself, I can pretty much say that there is bias in it XD.
Heck, there was one piece of gear that was BiS for this person… and they weren’t allowed it due to getting another “piece” that was worse than the AV off hand lol.
If they had DKP, he would’ve won it as he never really got any other pieces aside from “PvP” items(Which they all roll for)
