I recently used the free character transfer service to move my character from Gehennas to the new realm Garalon. After the transfer, I purchased the Faction Change service, but I am unable to use it on this character.
Is this restriction related to the 72-hour cooldown after a transfer, or is there another limitation I should be aware of?
Hello, just bought a boost, but I can’t use because all realms are locked! Could anyone help me please

We’re aware that some players are currently unable to use character services (such as a faction change), or restore their character on a MoP realm that has been locked.
This is temporary measure that was set in place to prevent new character creation, and is currently working as intended. Game masters will be unable to assist with these at the moment.
