More playable Trolls?

I saw pictures of Darkspear trolls getting more customization for shadowlands, but I’m not sure if it’s legit or not.

Like getting customization to look like Dark trolls, Sand trolls, and Forrest trolls.

If this is true, I’m actually very excited for it. I love the whole troll lore and stuff, they are one of the oldest native races of Azeroth.

What kinds of trolls do we know of?

  • Dark trolls (majority of them turned into Night elves, ancestors of the elves)
  • Blood trolls
  • Zandalari Trolls (already playable)
  • Jungle trolls (Gurabashi, Darkspear)
  • Forrest Trolls (Amani)
  • Ice Trolls
  • Sand Trolls

I’ve never got the troll love, but I’m happy that those who play [insert race] are getting more options.

You missed forum trolls off the list, though I’m not sure what sort of customisation they’d be happy with.

I think they need to be restricted to paladins, DHs and DKs.

Of course, they want blue eyes.

Not possible. There is ONE (in numbers 1) Dark Troll alive in the lore. And that one sits in Dazor’Alor as a representative of the eradicated race (Ik’nal) as a mere memento. You can thank the Twilights Hammer clan for that as they wiped out the tribe.

As far as i know all blood trolls have been wiped out by us. Also the Zandalari wouldnt be all to happy if they saw blood trolls running around (even as a customization. Like that might be even worse)

The Gurubashi are hostile to the Horde and vise versa. But yes that may be possible if they stop whining and nagging about how the darkspear got a embasy in Dazor’Alor or against the Horde in general while every war against them was justified.

Same applies to the Amani more or less. Its also doubtful the Amani would ever side with us again to allow Amani customization considering the whole Zul’Jin thing.

Technically yes. There are SOME left (the majority has been wiped out by several factors (including Horde and Alliance). Its doubtful they would side with the Horde considering their grudge against the Alliance while the Horde is not intending to wage war against the Alliance (or be in a position for it) and the Horde is not inviting a potential threat in regards of peace.

They absolutely hate the Horde. And thats putting it nicely. Also Twilight hammer past.

Centre one. What is that then, because it looks like a dark troll to me.

I am giving lore reasons. That blizzard spits on the lore on a regular basis is nothing new. Potentialy you could get Klaxxi as an allied race.

My apologies. Hopefully the retcon will be tasteful if it is in fact a dark troll.

Thank you for the amazing lore facts. I love learning about the trolls. I suppose it Doest make sense anyway to create a sand troll when In fact you are a Darkspear troll. At the end of the day it’s just customization probably added for role play

With Exile’s reach you can be a sandfury troll simply by not doing the darkspear starting zone.

Same applies for wildhammer etc.

We be used ta not gettin’ de attention. But dat how we like it mon. Customization dat let us hide in da shadows be best.

To be fair so far all the titans but one have failed. And the one that didnt fail just didnt fail because of us protecting it.

Maybe they should turn their hand to ship building? They could name their first one after themselves, I can’t see how that could go wrong! :upside_down_face:

Mouth froth, chin dribble, a visible lack of basic hygiene and armpit sweat marks.

Amani can still be tied to Zandalari, if Farraki are coming then Amani are also an option. If you don’t like Amani then Revantusk were allied to Horde back in Vanilla.

Which one are those again? I lose track.
