Well yeah. But if you can properly explain why it is fun to you and what makes it fun, the OP can build his/her own opinion based on that.
I see the most fun tank as being guardian, the fantasy of being a bear and all is just too cool to pass up.

I cannot imagine something more boring than a guardian druid.
I dunno about that, it can be quite comfortable to just aoe everything around you like a whirlwind without having to worry about so much microing like a brewmaster or something
but to OPs question, DH and Paladin seem pretty fun, very involved specs with lots of utility, not the headache of a BM but not the mindlessness of bear either
plus paladin is looking great for SL
