My wife would say: female characters. They scream too much when in combat.
For me anything that is done into repetition. The motorcycle mount comes to mind. I’m fine with the sound, not so much when ‘ADHD hero’ comes and spams the bejeezus out of it.

Bear/Cat new sounds
If you kill a wolf or any dog like creature, that yelp sound they make - I am a dog lover and it makes me cringe when I hear that yelp 
Mail armor sounds, especially when you get hit by daggers. Though I very rarely turn the in game sounds on, prefer to play with the music from my playlist.

The incredibly lame “Phut” sound that guns make now. I’ve tried various mods to replace them with mixed success with something that sounds more like a gunshot, but unfortunately that also makes a lot of NPCs using bows and crossbows suddenly sound like they’re shooting guns, so it’s all f***ed.
Female gnome voice. But most of all. That absolutely annoying giggle they have.
