Most played allied races for SL

What allied races do u think are the most/least played at the moment?
-Horde
-Alliance

Void Elves for Alliance I think, they are everywhere. Don’t play Horde so no idea. Zandalari maybe?

Mechanomes least played for Alliance.

For Horde it’s most likely the Zandalari. For Alliance it’s the Void Elves by a landslide.

I don’t know how accurate it is, but Warcraftrealms claims that mountain tauren and robognomes are the least played, while void elves are the most by some margin, to the point of outnumbering pandas across both factions combined.

Alliance: Void Elf
Horde: Zandalari Troll/Vulpera

Just seen to be the ones I see the most

High Elves/Zandalari, duh. But there are also a lot of Dark Iron Dwarves(my personal fave of all allied races) and Vulpera.

I’d say for Horde: Zandalari.
For Alliance? Probably Void elves.

I would put them in order from 1 being most played to 10 being least played. Of course this is only my perspective and I could be wrong.

1- Vulpera

Reason: even Alliance players got excited for them. They are a unique race with nice lore. who doesn’t like foxes? When Pre patch hits everyone was doing the Quest to unlock them.

2- Void elves

Reason: played by both Edge-lords and High elf fans. So obviously a popular one among the Alliance as it has been a 15+ Years request.

3- Zandalari

Reason: the oldest civilization on Azeroth. Very cool home with nice Aztec architecture and nice Druid forms. I can see why it’s popular

4- Mag’har

Reason: A very popular demand among the Horde for a long time, so when they became playable it was obviously popular. So many skins and clans to choose from.

5- Dark iron

Reason: cool fire hair! Also a Popular request and racials is cool.

6- Nightborne and Lightforged

Reason: both lack customizations for now, so its a bit low on the list. However they have a cool lore and backstory, especially Nightborne. You see them
Around, but not too often. And it’s mostly 90% females for both races.

7- Highmountain

Reason: they are played, but now normal Taurens have cooler customizations so they kinda became useless Aside from racials

8- Kul Tiran

Reason: I don’t see many of them, probably because it’s hard to find good transmogs that work.

9- Mecha Gnomes

Reason: I mean… yeah

Mag’har orcs also feels not so popular.
I also guess Void elf for Alliance are played alot. LF Draenei only as Paladin

I would make my list like this. Placing the Lightforged as the second most played allied race on Alliance. I counter faaaar more Lightforged than any of the other (Void elves excluded)
1- Vulpera
2- Void elves
3- Zandalari
4- Lightforged
5- Dark iron
6- Nightborne and Mag’har
7- Highmountain
8- Kul Tiran
9- Mecha Gnomes

I think still blood elfs the most popular horde race.

Void elf racials are stupid OP.

vulpera

Void elf and Vulpera
Mechagnome and nightborne

Where I’ve looked on censuses helf wins ally by a country mile, beating out several core races. Then it’s LFD, then DID, then KT and lastly MG. All alliance AR are less populous than core races save velf.

On horde the picture was closer. Zandalari, Nightborne and Vulpera are extremely close. I’d guess Vulpera will beat out the other two as the census data at the time was prior to pre patch. So I’d say it would go Vulpera, Zandalari, nightborne, mag har then Highmountain.

Contrary to what many claim, mag har may have been anticipated, but they’re not popular. They number a bit above HMT, second least popular of all horde races, less populous than pandaren on either factions and there are more than twice as many Gnomes as there are mag har for example.

Highmountain Tauren at the date of the census (prior ar unlock ease) were not significantly more popular than KTs or MGs, maybe having 20% more numbers at best which is interesting as the unlock requirements for HMT at the time were way way way more liberal than KT and MG ones.

Edge elves and vulpera.

Well, it aint going to be Highmountain Tauren since regular Tauren has now got the warpaint option and alot of other options.

Pompous Void Elves and Vulpera Rats. Final answer.
