Probably not legal and very simplistic but here it goes.
Subscribe to a private server
Log on that private server and rename the wow.exe process to wow1
Log on your Classic wow account and rename the wow.exe process to wow2
Start your multibox software, for example: Hotkeynet
Start your pvp bot, for example Moxz Bot and target the wow1
Configure your Hotkeynet and make sure it copies all the keystrokes from the pvp bot targetting wow1, to wow2
You are no longer pvp botting but instead, multiboxing. Whatever you do on the private server is invalid. You just copy keystrokes to your wow2 which is legit according to Blizzard.
As an interesting aside I got attacked by a multi boxer after killing a priest who had been annoying me - howl of terror left him so far off plot he couldn’t function
How to start ?
1- If you use a bot on a private server and multibox on your classic server, you are not hiting any keys, so your char don’t move and do nothing at all. If you mean that the multiboxing software will copy all the action of your bot, since you’re not hitting keys, it’s not a multiboxing software, it’s a automated bot.
2- Even if we ignore the fact that’s not boxing but an automated bot, it’s probably the dumbest you will ever see. There is not the same enemy, target across your two session, the most you can manage is to walk to an area.
I can’t see how you are going to do anything other than get kicked in the Classic server - all folk will see is your bot looking confused and hitting nothing
1- The golden rule of multiboxing is : one key = one action. (doesn’t matter if it’s on multiple windows). With your setup, it’s not you who press key, but a software (namely a bot on wow private server), so it’s automation.
2- It’s dumb because that make no sense. Even if the thing you describe was allowed (witch is not because that’s just botting, it’s a software that make action no human input) it’s just totaly stupid. You wow private bot and his mimic in classic would be on two different game, with not the same enemies, not the same position and so on, it’s just pointless and stupid.
Yes and even those automations can be set up so you can copy keystroke per stroke. As far as I know there’s not a single pvp bot making you able to bypass gcd or activate more than 1 actions at once.
How is this dumb when alot of bots are multiboxing dungeons?
1-
I will make it simple so you can understand.
If you press the key jump and you make all you’re characters jump, that’s ok. You have press a button and for each windows, there is only one action. There is no automation.
If you press a button and that use a software macro that make you jump, pause 1 sec and move foward, that’s automation. You press a key and it result on multiple actions.
If you press a key and it start your wow private bot and a soft that mimic it, you just press one key for an infinite amount of action, so that’s not boxing, it’s just a bot.
2-
It’s dumb because one it’s a bot, two it will be the dumbest bot ever. He will not be able to do anything.
That’s exactly the point. This is just another old battlenet diablo 2. After a few years of new battlenet, we return to where we came from.
How is this dumb when the bot gives key per key stroke commando’s through your multiboxer?
Keep in mind, wow1 is just present as the example, the wow2, wow3 and wow how many you subscribe to will follow the command so they look like poor performing player battling his way through av.
The only macro’s you’ll be using are scripts to queue for av which are just another 3 clicks.
If these bots manage to get r14 before human players, how dumb are we to actually play?
