Multiboxing is generally allowed by MMORPG End User License Agreements, because the characters are still subject to all the normal rules of the game world and are controlled by the player directly. This is in contrast to bots that partially or fully control the characters, which are against the terms of service of most online games.[7]
Most MMORPGs only allow a single character per account to be logged in at once, so multi-boxers need a separate account for each character they want to play simultaneously. In subscription based services, this means paying multiple monthly fees, and buying several copies of game expansions. However, with trial accounts, multiboxing for free is possible. Using World of Warcraft: Starter Edition is one example which has unlimited play for free, albeit with certain in-game limitations surrounding maximum level, currency accrual, etc.[8]
Most game developers allow multiboxing in their games. To date, Age of Conan, Aion, Anarchy Online, City of Heroes, City of Villains, Dungeons and Dragons Online, EVE Online, Lord of the Rings Online, Heroes of Newerth,[citation needed] EverQuest, EverQuest II, Lineage, Lineage II, Vanguard: Saga of Heroes, Rakion Latin-Internacional, Warhammer Online and World of Warcraft all allow multiboxing. The Chronicles of Spellborn and Rift allow hardware multiboxing, but prohibit software multiboxing. Game publishers do not provide technical support for multiboxing, so while it may be allowed, these games may not be designed to be multiboxed.

Most of the games in your qoute are irrelevant third rate games, and there is even a moba (Heroes of Newerth), how do you multibox that? I played it for like 5 years, never seen a multiboxer.
Most decent mmorpg’s just brake multiboxing, you don’t go around one shotting people with 5 characters in ESO, FF14 or GW2, because you can’t.
Says the ‘Relevant 1rst rate Games Patrol’. 
The thing you need to remember is that you’re playing WoW and WoW allows multiboxing. Other games matter not.

multiboxing is fine, im thinking about getting 2 additional gamecards and level 3 accounts at the same time
Allowed / not violating the ToS is not the same as “we actively support it”, they don’t.

Yeah using 3rd party programs is not allowed but multiboxing which is a 3rd party program for automation between accounts similar to using a bot is allowed cause reasons.

but you still seem to be extremely clueless about automation so ill help you out:
the technique, method, or system of operating or controlling a process by highly [automatic] means, as by electronic devices, reducing human intervention to a minimum.
a mechanical device, operated electronically, that functions [automatically], without CONTINUOUS input from an operator.
if you have to continuously press a key to produce an action it is NOT automation.

It’s kinda dumb but it’s not botting and it’s not against tos.
All accounts are connected to the same keyboard, you press key 1 and they all do it. THere’s not automation, all the intricate details and differences are handled by macros and abilities that change depending on what you’ve done to each character.
So for example a healing macro on key 5 which would target your first character and cast holy light etc
And keep in mind they pay for each characters sub so it could be like 100 quid a month or more etc.
If you don’t like it, get your guild and server to just gank them whenever you see 'em like a KOS list type thing.

Says who? I have a 3rd party program that changes how everything is being displayed on my screen (comes with my Video Card driver…), is that not allowed?
It is no program, but to multibox efficiently you do require one yes.
Actually, there’s no “between accounts”. Your keypress usually gets send to the focussed window apart from some pre-defined ones (otherwise weird stuff happens). Now your keypress gets send to every selected window.
No continues user input = no output. Kind of hard to call that automation.

Post number 847325 complaining about multiboxing since vanilla. Explain o me what advantage someone doing multiboxing have unless the ability to level without asking for a party for help?
Wrong, it’s different because blizzard has decided that is different, the owner decides how his property can be used.

Multiboxing is allowed.
I gave it a go and i can say its not easy. You cant do any collect quests. You cant run dungeons at level and youll get laughed at a lot.
I wouldnt worry about them and just enjoy your own game, unless you rolled on a pvp server in which case thats your problem and tough luck.
What setup were you using?
I think it was called ISBoxer or something like that. It had a 7 day trial with it.
Tried it with 3 or 4 shamans and like i say collecting quests are a pain, looting is a pain and generally the whole thing is a pain.
I tried it as we had a sad sack horde MB who like to 1 shot people.
Ah yes. I think in classic it’s important to set up a proper party. Using the same specs prevents you from doing dungeons whereas creating a versatile party with a tank and a healer allows you to tackle dungeons.
Looting is a pain because you have to supply an entire party. I’ve brought this up many times in anti multibox topics but they always ignore this point and talk about phantom riches.
