Mine is gone too.
Had to reboot and when i came back it was no longer my back item. And not to be found in Cloak appearance tab either

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately it doesn’t cover the issue if we qualified for the baby murlocs, still qualify for them, and put them on several characters only to see them suddenly disappear from both our character and the transmog menu

edit: started the game just now and logged in and the baby murloc satch-shells are back and it would be neat if they stayed

I’m tired of this tbh. This issue exists like forever with all Cosmetic items. Well, I understand when you buy stuff via Credit Card or smth, and transaction not verified for first days. But when you have bought it via token and it still disappears…
I can find all shop mogs in-game, however, on Char selection I see mogged items. While in-game char “naked”, I can reapply mog, yep, it’s not so costy, but spending 500g each login, kinda meh.

I just logged in and the Celestial Observer transmog was gone on my character, too.

Neither the Celestial Observer transmog nor the Murloc Shells are in my transmog list, and the Sprite Darter transmog is gone, too.

The Celestial Steed which I bought as part of the package with the transmog is still there and rideable.

I’ve just noticed that my baby murlocs transmogs gone from my collection, does anyone else has also this problem?

These Items have now reappeared in the transmog list.

Not before I had applied a different look, though.

A transmog that can’t be relied on to remain is a waste of money.

@tyrskorn I bought these items from shop :Celestial Observer Ensemble ,Sprite Darter Wings ,Crown of Eternal Winter,Jewel of the Firelord and i got bunch of murlocs : Baby Murloc Statch-Shells.

And as of right now ALL OF THEM ARE GONE MISSINGG NOT EXISTING in my apperances tab and when i had them used as transmog my transmog disappeared.

I have restart wow,battlenet,turned on and off addons, scan and reparit wow and THEY ARE STILL misssing again for some reason.

And this is literally happening to me since start of Shadowlands no fun.

YOU CLOWNS IN LAST 24 HOURS My Transmog disappeared 2 times already payed like 1400 gold for it already.

Logged onto today to see it gone again i have had enough 7 times total now sick and tired of this do you want anothet unsub and refund request its getting tiresome.

How do i go about a refund for a person gifting me this as the mog doesnt work and i feel sorry for them buying it for me its happened again today.

Also have the same issues with the shop tmog sets and Blizzcon yeti set but surprisingly Vestments of the Eternal Traveler set is still there.

My murloc cloak are gone from transmog now also, i had mogged my cloak with the murloc and now when i log in it has been unmogged and is nowhere to be found
