Mute mount sounds

Hi, Is there anyway to mute mount running sound? Can’t stand the undead epic mount running sound. getting headache from it. please help!

I think that if you turn down the Ambiance volume to 0, you won’t hear it anymore but you won’t hear a lot of other sounds anymore either.

So a few solutions to your problem;

  1. Tweak the sound settings to see which sound controls do what.
  2. Play without any in game sound and put music on or what ever.
  3. Get exalted with another faction, so you can learn another riding skill and get another mount.

Thing is that I need sound on for some addons.

I’m really curious what kind of add-ons you require to play the game then…
No add-on that I use, makes use of any sounds what so ever and I don’t need to have the add-ons to play either it simply makes certain things less of a hassle like Questie or simply gives me info on how much XP/Hr or gold I’m getting.
