I’ve been grinding [Ramparts Racer] & [Parasoling] achievements for a while now, I had 6-7 out of 10 progress on these achievements. Today I logged in to check the map for WQs and I noticed that I had 1/10 progress on these achievements. I randomly lost all the progress, it happened on its own.

I have the same issue.
My ramparts racer progress got reset, parasoling seems ok for me.
It’s the same for me. (Parasol ok, Ramparts Racer reset.) I opened a ticket only to get told to clear WTF/Cache/Interface folders and to submit a bug report, if that doesn’t help. Top notch customer service. thumbs up

I have the same issue on Ramparts Racer; Parasoling is ok.
After opening a ticket I got the same lazy customer service as Ursia got, telling me to clear game cache, disable addons, and check community resources. Clearing game cache and disabling addons obviously didn’t help.
Same here. When did this happen? Just noticed it today after doing the quest.
Probably/Maybe related to the statistics reset:
same here…Blizzard tech support is the worst ever the last years:hard to get to em and once u do its like talking with…robots that first solution they give is:: check Wowhead!! hooray
Yes, I made the same customer support experience with the Ember Court scenario-kick bug this week: Received only stupid boilerplate text and, yeah, the hot tip to check WowHead. Embarrassing.
Having the same issue, but it’s not just those achievements. I was working on some Draenor Garrison stuff and some achievements there also got reset.

On Burning Legion we have this same issue.
Did the racer world quest yesterday and the tracker didn’t update. Still at 1/10.
racer ramparts is fixed now 
it shows again the real progress:) sadly most of our statistics remain reset
