My solution to Casual progession

Doesn’t sound like casuals.
I don’t give a hoot about M+. You can keep your endless repetition. :>

I agree that not every casual will suddenly jump into m+ or raids. But having an high ilevel can give a false indicator that they are ready to mythic raid or do high keys. And some might give it a try cause why not? Yet they don’t get invited because the “big bad elitists with their rio and logs who are holding them back”.

True but how is that any different to what we have now? With the exception that ‘casual peps’ get some loot after months of doing ‘casual things’

There are far more ‘casuals’ then there are M+ runners, the game needs them.

Isn’t that more the ‘try-hard’ crowd that people always talk about? Aka the ones usually doing Heroic but not really up for higher content.

Bit like how I used to play in the first three expansions (easier to say first 3 than 2 and 3 :p). I did Heroic… then again I know I wouldn’t be too great in Mythic dungeons or raiding.

Edit: then again the definitions of casual are wildly different frpm person to person.

But casuals are not that “loyal” compared to the other crowds.

Casuals even if they are the majority on some points generate less revenue than the “hardcore”.

And Blizzard aim is revenue.
