Made a key waited 45 minutes for zero tanks and zero healers to queue. (+2) btw.
Tried on my Prot pala - oops icy vains deemed my spec isnt good so no one queues despite me being 8/8N 4/8H player.
Make M+ Queued for the love of god group maker is garbage and its nigh on impossible to get a grasp of a group let alone clear a key and before munters say “Get a guild or Ilv” my Surv Hunter is 611 and my Prot pala is 604 and guilds are worthless because its either 800 people or a dead guild
I haven’t had much problems getting into keys on my paladin as prot.

It really makes life 100x better. I run maybe 1% of my keys as pugs.
Given it’s trivial to get gear that gets you into +6 keys from delves, most people run keys 6 and up.
I like the way you call people giving advice “munters” but you can’t even form a group.
I get groups going as tank even when it’s a C tier one. I’m also pretty bad at the game and people hardly ever leave.
How long was your Prot Pally group up?
That said they will probably need to change m+ to be like Delves and let people select a level. Delves have killed lower levels of m+.
Delves killed low keys. Welfare loot delves to be precise.
Lower M+ is unfeasible endeavour right at the moment.
I completely understand that almost no tank or healer, roles in very high demand lately, are ever joining your group.
Going delves +8 is absolutely easy thing, especially if you have partner or two, and can play at least semi-decently, and it gives superb gear to what you input.
In order to funnel more tanks and healers into lower M+, please give your propositions on how to change the Delve gearing without maddening the vast population of solo or mostly solo players who waited for opportunity like delves for almost 15 years.
On the other hand of decision-spectrum, you have established tanks and healers who are right now wondering, why would they ever run +2 when they got gear from delves and there is so little healers and tanks that they can be carried by DPSers in terms of higher keys. Please do not forget that feasible gearing starts in +7 and above.
m+ changes are killing m+ . not dvelves.
removal of learning keys was a collosal mistake just like many people predicted
dvelves offering way to good gear were just nail to the coffin
just wait and see- next season dvelves will be dropping veteran / champions gear - becaue it will be after yearly performance reviews and bonuses 
thats because they are not really low keys.
low keys are gone. they are old mid keys.
and those were always nightmare to run in undergeared groups.
m+ certainly needs to go back to how it was.

In the context, I accept your definition here. The status quo, however, is that +2-+6 are considered “low” and “not worth running repeatedly”.
I also agree with your opinion that removal of below-10 keys was a mistake in the long run, as I predicted back then, on this forum.
They ruined the progression for m+ so thus, fewer participants.

Delves are like my IRL job: Sit around doing nothing and get decent pay. Once people have had a taste, they can’t go back.
That cat is out of the bag, so to speak. Delves are to m+ what m+ was to raiding.
As 3 dungeons from the current rotation makes me puke I just skip this season
No need for mental gymnastics. T8 delve are easier and are yielding better loot. Water(and other things) flow along the path of lower resistance.
edit: delves are also more convenient since you don’t have to bother with queue.
Prot palas are broken. they feel like a spunge. Cant survive damn 2 packs pull.
But i mostly feel that way for the entire M+ balance. mobs/bosses do way to much dmg.
What drop? I did 5 and no damn Delvs dropped a item for me.
I don’t see how it being queued would help you. People would leave even more easily. You’d then be here complaining about that.
You have delves for solo play.
I also find it hard to believe you can’t get a group on a tank. So, it’s probably more of a rating issue. You need to play the rating game in m+ if you want to pug.
If you make a healer friend on your tank you will have instant groups.
I believe he calls that bots who spend their whole days on the forum, denying every single problem anyone has with the game. 
Seems like you did something wrong. There is no way nobody is queuing +2 key.
There is no way. You always have people joining a group with a tank. Sounds more like no people joined that you want to join your group.
Generally I do agree that looking for a grp for M+ is not pleasant. But that’s people, can’t change that. They are weird, “not smart” and follow whatever the streamers tell them do.
