Well yes, since the official language is English. Its the same as if i try to use diesel in a petrol car, it wont work, you can do it, but you are “punished” for doing so by ur car stopping. They dont let me use some words in my language too… since for example “how many times” in my language is “koliko puta” and “puta” is considered an insult in other languages.

The npcs speak in English do they not? Unless you are on a russian/german/spanish server where its that language.
The NPCs speak in whatever language setting your client has.
Yes, and those languages are “official” and the filter probably wont bug out and punish you for words from those languages if they mean an insult in English.

There’s client language and then the server language which only goes so far as to what language the support is provided in when you request support.
Ok let me rephrase it then, those are supported languages, and the system wont punish you for non insulting words from them while they might mean an insult in English. But it doesent understand other languages so it cant know what those words mean.
Try typing the T-word and see how that works out.
Im not saying its perfect and dont know what t word u mean but it would still be better than the current situation.

Yea, guessed so, but still… you can communicate, the system is not perfect, but works good enough. If it wasnt like that people would just spam insults if they could when they got upset by something.

If I type to people that I’m out of mana in my language, it gets censored. I can’t even tell people something that’s very vital in my own language to the party without blizzard’s aggressive censoring kicks in.
Yes, but you know it will so you use another word, it doesent block you completely from communicating.
It’s still not something you want an AI to be involved in considering how they act. They’ve implemented that stuff to monitor the voice chat in Overwatch and it plain out sucks if people don’t speak English, which is very common on the EU servers.
And if it made a mistake, an appeal in a ticket would get a person to check those logs and undo the punishment. If you got banned for saying the T word you just open a ticket and it is revoked, I did the same on my forum suspension…

Everything is “derogatory” in English, you cannot say anything without getting flamed.
Our societies are run by very rich people who have employed an army of left wing fanatics with certain agendas to go after anyone who disagrees or expresses an opinion. Divide (society) and conquer : make more ill-gotten profits while the “rabble” are fighting in-between them for who called who he or she or who is white privileged and must be fired.

Sometimes … I think people can’t use the brain. Having a tank doing 12k overall and a DPS doing 40k for a +9 is any different than having a DPS doing 12k and a tank doing 40k? 
I tell you the difference: the tank might survive better.
Would you prefer the first one? Maybe it’s more normal to you? I don’t see any difference if the parts are inverted.

The only difference I was the DPS and tank.
