Is it me, or does it seem the NA player base for classic is larger? In terms of Reddit, World of Warcrafts forum posts (far more on NA), and a general player base that is still online playing?
Eu playerbase is fine, the forum is dead as nobody cares about this forgotten pit of sadness.

Which areas of the globe don’t use these servers?
China? Well yes but its also not really the same game.
NA servers cover North America continent, South America continent, Australian continent. EU and Russian servers cover Europe continent and some of Asia and the middle east.
Pretty sure there are no wow servers in Africa. East Asia, I’m not sure about either. Google tells me there are 5 servers in Asia but i’m not sure why they don’t appear on warcraft logs database.
I think Richdude ment to say that 125,000 + 138,000 = 263,000. Not 265,000
