I doubt it has anything to do with someone being sensitive.
For me personally, iād report such a name because iām not a child thus I donāt find such names amusing, rather they are a bother because I canāt take some guy named āButtfaceā seriously in any way.
That being said, I very rarely take the time to report names as all report time goes to bots and boost sellers (gtfo LFG-channel ya plonkers!)
Probably some yenta with way too much free time. Iāve seen an Analia in the past and it didnāt offend my precious feelings.

RPrealms have a naming policy that you implicitly say yes to by rolling a character there. One of the rules is no offensive names - all names on RP servers should ideally be real names.
PS: Darkmoon Faire isnāt it a Retail realm?

You can see realm name in your bottom bar to the left, if you hold your mouse over the portrait.
Then donāt take him seriously. No need to force him to rename.
If youāre not a child like you claim you are youād move on after reading his name. Because thatās what grown ups do.

Also, I did say that I very rarely report names, never said I would have reported him, just gave a reason as to WHY I would have reported him, if I did it.
People should just use better names, practice being creative, you know.
Of course āābetter namesāā is very subjective but no one can ever convince me that āButtfaceā is a good name.

Well, that name is a bit childish and speaks for itself, but to be offended or even report it ? Cāmon. It is ultimate bussines card, I would not take anyone with such a ā¦ stupid name ā¦ to my group 
On the other hand, I had to change name on my priest Therapist, so better get something neutral, people just using reports, because they can.
