Is it against ToS of forums or game to name fish bots or other bots with their locations so they can be killed by the opposite faction on a PvP server? I have one on friend list that’s been up for over 2 weeks in Hinterlands and my report hasn’t worked I guess.

Yes. In general it is forbidden to name/shame anyone in particular. Look, there could be a chance you’re wrong and then a player is implicated into it causing unwanted harassment.
No. You may tell general locations but, most of us know where they are anyway and they tend to come back if the pathing isn’t broken somehow, temporarily until the bot handler resets the bots.
Thanks for the report! They’ll take it from there. Likely a banwave is due sometime soon I hope but they return to the same zone after bans

You could post it on your Realm’s Discord though, no such bot protection rules there, and plenty of bored raid-loggers who might just go in game and have some fun.

Yes. Because you let them bot for months and months. Meanwhile they create XXX new botters and generate billions of gold.
