Nerf FERAL

ur whole post doesnt make any sense.
u say at mid rating people dont know how feral is countered. so that would make feral good at that rating but u also say that feral is horrible at that rating.
yet at high ratings where people should know how to counter them they are top 2 dps overall.
make it make sense.

No i meant the average feral player is horrible at tht rating u misunderstood me.
At high ratings there are top 2 dps for 2 reasons 1: they are slightly overtuned
2: the other highly represented melee specs just got nerfs while feral didnt

Because among a few other specs its very toxic to play against. Too much passive damage with burst on demand on top of huge mobility. Passive damage is the issue in PvP mostly because it makes the specs that need to connect and have uptime (casters and melee included) very underwhelming to play. Assassin rogue is another huge example of that. BM hunter and Demo is somewhere there because of the pets shredding you to pieces.

I keep telling people AI gameplay is ruining pvp, and thats Passive damage and pets doing too much.

Do you even realise that without passive damage some specs such as feral cant deal damage to certain classes at all?

Its nearly impossible to be connected to classes such as hunt or mage, and its ipossible to deal sustain damage without bleeds when 2 melee dps playing hard in feral and forcing you to stick to bear form to stay alive, because the time when you actually able to play cat without being killed is very short in that case.

it has worse mobility then most melee now its mobility hasnt increased since cata. Ur describing rete pala apart from on the mobility front. It doesnt need any it just hits u frm 20 meters away.

Playing meme 2s Warlock/Hpal with my friend at like 1.9-2k MMR and it’s gotten to the point where I ask him to just BoP the first Swarm Frenzy.

Even their standard non-Zerk opener goes straight through Pact with no difficulty at 30% dampening where 2s starts kek.

Hmm… I know theyre OP, but I hated DF style of play. This style is way better, it just needs damage reduction. I’m pretty sure they’re trying to make it a melee aff lock… Becasue lock still needs more nerfs as well. Im surprised we havent seen feral/afflock/holy pala teams more in AWC. But we’ll probably start seeing balance druid, aff lock teams, because boomie is getting wild as well.

As you mentioned with holy paladin though, I have to say you’re probably playing the best healer to deal with ferals at the moment. Divine Toll on every threatening Frenzy. Wings on every incarn. Thats usually enough to outheal the damage imo. Or you can just BoP the incarns. Im loving holy paladin tbh, feels good.

This whole thread is such a mess, people throwing insults and opinions left and right and blaming everyone and everything.

This season is actually fairly balanced, all specs are viable with the exception of fire mage and mw monk needing some love (in arena only tho, mw monk is absurd in bgs).

As for OP, feral IS overpowered tho and needs some toning down.

As a feral main I would say the dmg is quite high tbh abd a nerf is coming no matter what.
The problem is that feral lost its identity xpacs ago and without absurd dmg it will be irrelevant. The spec or maybe the whole class needs rework because every other class got what made druid special over the yeqrs be it healing or mobility or support tools

if he uses incarn in the same time, good if not cd waste.

they need to decrease the dmg buff while incarnation is up, nothing else, incarnation with the modifiers is the problem, if someone dies without incarnation just of random dmg in 2s atleast it´s a skill issue, or his disc was be able to spam dmg = bad positioning.

No. A spec doesn’t dominate as much as much as Feral is and does because of ‘skill issues’ on the other side. Over twice as many Ferals above 2200 in 2s as the next most represented DPS spec is literal proof of that. If what you say is true, then Feral would be one of the easiest specs to play against in the entire game in 2s.

i mean feral in 2s is really easy currently, if u dont play against mirror

its litteraly spreading rip dmg, and kill the opponent in the 2 or 3 incarn

i only talk about 2s bro but i mean who cares about 2s anyway, 3s is different but 2s is double bleed and the 2/3 incarn insnt healable anymore

takes as much skill as sin rogue at this point. (2s)

if u die in the opener because u dont respect the “too broken cds” it´s indeed a skill issue, doesnt matter how broken a class is, and i only talked about 2s

playing against heal pala felt difficult because they bop every incarn, to pace the momentum down, and lead it to longer dampe games

Pala is currently the best heal class into Ferals. i mean the same thing was when assa rogue was meta, meele bop deathmark gg

when it comes to 3s ofc feral is broken especially fmp
and it dont change the fact, that incarn is the problem and not the pad bleed dmg

I think it may just be to do with gear. Like some classes are bang average until they have full gear, some classes perform better whilst gearing and some are just op no matter what. But boomies I’ve faced recently have been pumping, so Im assuming thats the reason. I was playing my MM hunter yesterday for the first time in a couple of weeks, its practically full epics now, and its damage seems worse than when everyone was in greens. I was winning shuffle games, but I was barely ever top on damage (until I had a mage in the lobby, and its actually disgusting how much damage hunters do to mages).

Ferals keep mages in check

so if mages are OP ( which they are currently )

then i always want ferals to be OP to counter them
