Ran +16 and +15 today and did not have any issues with spiteful.
Only thing i dont like about them is that ur kinda forced into picking ranged dps. I feel the reach is to long and it decays way to slow. Also i kinda dont think it fits the aesthetic when it moves so fast for a hard hitting mob. And it scales on keys and is a tier 2 affix which i find wierd
I like spiteful about as much as I liked overflowing in legion.
I really dont know what they were thinking with this affix… this belongs as a seasonal affix like Reaping, not as a lvl 4 affix.
The affix isnt hard, its… just annoying. You basically have to walk away from low health mobs and wait for a few seconds.
They hit me as a plate wearer for about 12k on +10, which should be healable as long as I dont facetank them.

As a fury warrior I only have 1 complaint: their range is much bigger than their model suggests. Though I wouldn’t mind a 0.5s delay in their melee attacks when you come in range.
