P1 was actually extremely easy for arms cuz victory rush ( you can reset it by killing shards)/ spell reflect / interrupt and also the circles when you kill intermission adds that heals you. Tbh i had harder times with havoc dealing with p1 and for p2 idk. Both felt similar tbh but arms was like a little bit better.

This sentence alone made me believe again that you have no idea about this topic. You can also leap with arms and also that phase is purely for regenerating for arms and you want to kill and gain victory rush until you regenerate. Again come with your main we can argue.
I got to be honest - the havoc challenge has me completely stymied. I just can’t deal with him teleporting and those mirror images appearing. In basically every other attempt he teleports out of reach of 2x fel rush and VR. That or I lack the awareness of the mirror image casts and get punted out of a bubble as I fel rush through it.
The encounter is so slow and boring I just kinda put it on ice for now.
Same issue for me, I can clear phase 1 but not 1.5 I just ‘die’. I’ve watched videos and it seems easy enough but I just not able to do it. Got to phase 2 once in 4 hours of trying. Going to leave it now, its not for me currently, I’m not not good enough or committed enough for it.
Apparently it is a hell of a lot easier on Arms or Frost DK, might give one of those a go.
UPDATE: I actually completed it today!!! I’m so happy it’s over, 6/7 for now, just healing one left.
After failing so many times all the way from 10-5%, I actually switched a talent. I don’t know if I should feel stupid for this or not, but whatever, it’s done. For the shadow, I actually took cycle of hatred over first blood, and it did alot better dps for me. I could kill the adds easily even without it, and on the boss, I just spammed demon bite / chaos strike, I only used the blade dance for the adds. I still barely did, 1-2 seconds more, and I would die most probably due to the puddles on the ground. I used 1x garrosh heirloom (2 agi sockets, enchanted with dancing steel), 1 poxstorm with lightless force, Prydaz with gem + hidden satyr, SL helm due to socket, 2x azerite pieces, BFA legendary cloak, soul cage fragment, and Mechagon trinket with Cyclonic blast. For consumables, I used flask + food + rune + BL + unbridled fury. Unbridled fury did 6% damage, and Cyclotronic blast did 4,8%, so it’s really a huge increase. Without these 2, I wouldn’t manage.
That being said, I still stand by what I said. It’s too overtuned, and I shouldn’t farm for old items and abuse old consumables to beat this. Just to give you statistics for the ‘git gud’ gang.
Xylem wipes - Around 15
Shadow wipes - Around 40 (Last 10 being under 10%).
I will give you 1 straight advice for this. You just have to think it through, and you will pass the Mirror image phases without any issues. The boss is programmed to switch phases on time intervals. If you have DBM for mage tower, it will tell you when the switch will happen. After DBM will tell you, he will always cast 1 more spell (either frostbolt, or arcane barrage). Just make sure you eat this one, and while he is casting, start running to the middle. He will teleport, and 2x fel rush + immolation aura will easily uncover him.

I find it hard when fighting him in phase 1…kinda often he doesnt do the draw power when you burst him hard and i try to wait for it and suddenly he just teleports without casting it…The phase 1 seems somewhat random of what he is doing when.
For weapons i tried having 2 weapons with siphoning or 2 weapons with crusader. The crusader seems stronger healing wise and if you got hearloom swords you havent upgraded yet you can upgrade them to rank 3 i think it was and they are perfect ilvl 50 with crusader…and if you manage to do the fight you can use the swords on alts.
Azerite gear is super strong here and you can put enchant chest eternal stats on it. (+11)
For bracers the easiest is legion order hall set bracers. 1 socket and you can enchant agility on them.
If you need more healing/leech. The trinket from first boss in Emerald nightmare is good to use and you can do it in LFR-Mythic. So you have 4 chances and it can also proc a socket if lucky.
I think the dalaran Archeology quest is up 1 week more and it is a neck with 3 sockets on it. Could be good to get.
Unless you wanna go for 1 per class to unlock every mog.
That’s what i’m going for, each class for the mog… 36/36 is not interesting enough to bother with, not sure if there is even an achiev for that.
Update 2 in that case, 7/7 and I’m not officialy the owner of the book
I’ll give guardian druid a few go’s (I did like 15 pulls today, and got him to 4.9%, and he killed me with the 3rd annihilate - very poor CD management due to me not playing the class, I’ll get him tomorrow / thursday), but the rest is it.

After I finish the druid, I think it’s highly unlikely I will attempt more tbh I could get it on my hunter, but the mog isn’t worth it, priest I suck at, warlock even more, and I couldn’t be bothered by the death knight tbh since it’s almost identical to the original one
