DK is not a necromancer … its not int staff wielding and only spell casting class lol

I’d recommend playing unholy DK, because they are absolutely are a necromaner. In fact, raising undead is their main spec role.

I love how we all gonna lose a bunch of minutes and braincells over some fantastical concepts that are never gonna happen even after 10 years.
its an absurd idea and we should all move on.
ps. dks are necromancers. they animate undeath, use unholy magic and shadow magic.
and no they’re not getting a 5th spec, this is not Marvel.
we aint getting a plate caster.

maybe for you not for me at all, for me necromancer do not wield sword, and heavy armor but staff and cloth armour , by my standards ach of those classes i can describe as fitting in to the world soul saga as :

Warden Class Justification: The introduction of the Warden class aligns with the rich Night Elf lore and provides players with a unique opportunity to embody the guardians of Elune. This expansion adds diversity to the game, offering tank, damage, and healing specializations that cater to a broader player base. The Wardens’ connection to Elune fits seamlessly into the evolving World Soul Saga, enhancing the narrative with their celestial presence.

Dark Ranger Class Justification: The addition of the Dark Ranger class brings a darker, more sinister dimension to World of Warcraft, echoing the themes set by Sylvanas Windrunner and the Forsaken. With its focus on archery and shadow magic, the Dark Ranger class caters to players seeking a more stealthy and shadow-infused playstyle. This class complements the ongoing narrative, especially as the World Soul Saga delves into the complexities of death and the Shadowlands.

Necromancer Class Justification: The inclusion of the Necromancer class taps into the darker aspects of magic and necromancy present in Warcraft lore. Necromancers offer a unique perspective on life and death, enriching the game with unconventional healing methods and unholy damage. As the World Soul Saga explores cosmic forces and existential threats, the Necromancer class becomes a fitting addition, providing players with a means to confront and harness the mysteries of the afterlife.

Although it really would be a nice concept.

yeah sure make dk healer now lol

Again, this will be added as a hero talent tree for hunters. So you can justify it all you like, but this is officially not happening.

And also again, that is unholy DKs. They’re not going to add the same class but int based and with a staff. I appreciate the imagination but be practical.

Balance is actually better than most people say.

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA :joy::joy::joy:

I know, shocking.

People tend to overestimate how bad balance is, but the reality is, balance is actually decent to good.

If we are talking about actual numbers. Design, there are some real stinkers, like warlock at the moment.

Just because you’re not the number 1 spec in the game and the performance is not within 5 % between the best and worst spec both aoe and st, doesn’t mean balance is awful.

It’s pretty decent.

i would think having class that can morph into Lich like DH into demon form would be cool lol

There was a lich form for mage if i remember correctly as one of the SL abilities.
But to be honest those kind of spells are just shiny cds that functions as damage boosters.
Historically even if it technically changes the spell it’s still same spell but better, like old warlock meta
