Is it some new bug or someone met it? I created forsaken character and it died when game started

Ah i figured out. Human paladin brought Searing ghoul to forsaken spawn point and all new created characters get insta killed. Paladin keeps him staying there by taking hits and healing
It must have an AoE attack.
