With how this has all played out, they could’ve just added high elves in the first place instead of void elves, might as well add paladins to void elves and give zandalari warlocks. anything goes now

about the hair: is it not possible to make available for female blood elf some of the hair of the female void elf ? like long hair without tentacles…

said this in another thread, if tentacles are optional in the hairstyles, and looking at the image they might be, i think we will be fine. I don’t want blonds or browns let the Blood Elves keep that stuff, i’d like a White or pure Black hair option tho.

I think that would be a bit too much to ask for. I mean, the “Blood Elf defenders” DO have a point. They can’t just take everything from the Sin’dorei and give it to the Void Elves, not without giving something of equal value to the horde. (cough Undead Night Elf Rangers? cough)

Those are just the extremes and they exist on both sides,sadly.I was never one of those gatekeepers,always in favore of this customizations and dont feel like we should get something.Just my two cents.
If anything i would argue that Velf should have paladins also.

They should be. I think the only real solution to the whole elf-debacle is to give both the belves and velves almost every customization option but for the golden/green eyes and the velf-hair styles without tentacles. This is the only solution in my eyes for a better faction balance and pleasing every side.
Disgusting is really the only thing I have to say.
I fully expect a similar rework for the Nightborne as compensation for this shameless theft.

please NOOO…this is so unfair. The horde/blood elves already got all the cool allied races and costumization options and we are still stuck with stupid allied races and make up for human females that make them look like…a very old proffesion.
And lore wise this also does not make sense…Blue eyes come from the source of power high elves use…arcane magic.
Blood elves have green ( because of fel crystals) and with renewed sunwell yellow/golden eyes. So they have no need for blue eyes.
please i beg you do not give blood elves ( or void elves) blue eyes. I know i will never get alliance high elves…But do not give high elves to the horde…

Nope…sunwell gives yellow eyes…its ingame/lore…and recent addetion.
And they pretty much are now. And again a wishlist item the horde gets from all the things they wanted. we are still stuck with kul tirans, lightforged, void elves.
The Sunwell is a fount of mystical power, While its waters, holy to the high elves were originally pure arcane power, it has since been restored as a fount of both Arcane and Light energy
It’s both, so Arcane and Light, Blue or Yellow take your pick

Funny you say that, because according to latest census[*], there are about as many mechagnomes as pandaren on the ally side, while the latter have been around much longer. We’re also pretty on par with most allied races, save a few outliers, while being one of the newest ones.
Perhaps its just a vocal minority that hates on us, like it’s been the case since vanilla.
