I believe ear size is an option WoWhead found and some body jewellery, hairstyles and beards for the Blood Elves.
Void i imagine its the eyes, skin tones and we will prob get updated hairstyles that don’t have the tentacles, possibly the ear size too?
They said elves eyes turned gold from the sunwell not blue even if it is a mix of arcane and light, weve been told it turns them gold, at this point saying it can also tur them blue is speculation unless I missed something.
Its not even a big ask to keep a little uniqueness by keeping the horde and alliance ones at least a little different for some unique identity.
Just because you didn’t want it, it doesn’t mean it’s unnecessary or dumb or not good for story.
Nope we don’t know that. Obviously we will never see playable high elves but that doesn’t mean all those npcs are supposedly void elves now. Unless Blizzard says so but I’d really prefer that they didn’t. Besides think of High elf paladins. They could never go void mode.

The High Elves were never officially part of the modern Alliance.
Tyrande would never have allowed that.
The High Elves joined the Horde after the razing of Quel’Thalas. Before that they were on less than good terms with Stormwind.
That’s a stretch. Why would High Elves embrace the void when the couldn’t even handle a bit of Fel. The Silver Covenant aren’t just going to throw down to the Void after years of being pious muppets.
By that token if the Blood Elves stopped being High Elves with the Fel magic (they didn’t) how can Alleria call herself a High Elf now that she is literally consuming the Void.
I think this is an end to anyone calling themselves High Elves (playable characters at least).
Most likely yes there will be ear options there too. 
Prehaps we will see some small extra options for the other races, like Dragonmaw skin prehaps? or oldschool dark iron dwarfs ( no beards on fire )
many poessebilites.
And what if those “new” blue eyes are just herritage from the rest of the High elves. There is Silver covenant in Northrend, High Elves, still having blue eyes, far away from the Sunwell.
So why, for example, some of those HEs couldn’t join their kin back in Quel’thalas? They’re seeking allies maybe.
I’d actually be somewhat okay with this, the last of the highelves have a decision, either accept the void and go velf, or take the oath and go back to their belf cousins. And yeet the helven arguement forever.
I think with this it’s a pretty sure thing that there will by Alliance High Elves as a standalone race at any point 
And to be honest, I’m fine with it. We couldn’t have asked for more.
Regarding Paladins - who knows? Maybe someday they’ll consider Taliesin’s idea of “Class skins”, that will modify the appearance of some skills and spells.

Uh, if you’re going to have to come with a disclaimer, then you may aswell say it.
But I stand by my questions and I Certainly have every right to ask them and be critical, because it IS caving into people’s entitlement -There were posts on this very forum containing the words ‘WE DEMAND’ in caps, what else am I going to call it?
But that’s not even the big issue, the issue is, they said they would work on the core races first, but apparantly it’s the populair DEMAND that flies, so I’m legit wondering what does this mean for the other races and the work they’ll have put into them.
Actually not just for the visual options, but since it’s all about Elves these days, and everyone and their mom will be playing one, what does that mean for WoW’s storylines and lore, will the other races continue to see neglect?
Because so far that’s the case, in pretty much everything.
And uhh yeah, are you seriously surprised there’s people out there that really Didn’t want to see more copy-pasting and homogenisation in this game?

Literally because of the story weve been given on why the highelves did not join the belves to begin with, their dislike of everything they are, the purge, etc. The high elves hate the bloodelves and for good and interesting reasons. If they wanted to go back they could just take a hit of fel to prove it, go green, done.
That’s true. Playable character can’t and will never be high elves. High Elf npcs still exist in various places tho, unless Blizzard decides they all decided to dabble with the Void, which would be stupid imo.
Considering there are now light forged undead in the game, nothing would surprise me… which is not a very positive thing to say about the game I believe.
Could we also get some of the blood elf hairstyles/hair colours made available for velfs too? The skins and eyes are great but I’d love some normal hair options/colours. Would be appreciated!
