It’s NOT a mistake that they added natural skin and blue eyes to void elves. It was and still is the most requested Alliance Thing, and they gave it to us. I for one am 100% happy.
In the end, it’s coming to Shadowlands wether you like it or not. Already confirmed in beta, and already got majority positive feedback from streamers and players.
Players like you are what’s wrong with this game. You like to take away the happiness of other players just to benefit from what YOU think is right or wrong.
Almost. But then, not insignificant numbers of high elves were exiled or otherwise left the blood elves and retook the high elf name, becoming members of the Alliance.
If you were right, I’d agree. But I don’t want Tolkien elves. I want the Alliance high elves we see in the game.
High elves already exist in the Alliance. No lore will be ruined by them becoming playable.
Please do elaborate on how the Alliance can access the blood elf mounts.
It makes no sense to me that void elfs are basically getting alot of the bloodelf customizations while bloodelfs are not getting anything from void elfs
It has to do with the lore behind those two playable races. If you don’t know, it’s okay. You can read up on high elf, blood elf and void elf lore on places such as Wowpedia.
Here you go again. You don’t know how many people are against it. I could easily make the same claim about people who wish to see Belf hair colors and styles ported over to the Void Elves but because I speak for nobody but myself I won’t do that.
There are offcolor versions of both the Hawkstrider and Dragonhawks available to the Alliance. For the record I don’t care about it very much but to include something so insignificant in a list such as that only exposes how much Blizzard has stripped from the Blood Elves.
People say blood elves have uniqueness to their models, but I don’t get it. They have the human skin colors and hair colors which all races have. I don’t see the uniqueness especially these days, and is not because of Void elves.
