New Instance Limit in WoW Classic

Turn away and slam the door?
Let it go? Let it go?
You’ll never see me cry

The grind never bothered me anyway!

They are probably leveling other characters on different realms

I have to disagree in that one. Jokes are funny. This is not funny it’s pathetic.

I did a few days ago in the middle of the night. The Strath bots seem to be gone.
Though the 42-44 druid Desolace bots seem to be going still.

i made a meme just for you today blizzard.

I guess Mirage raceway got hit by the banwave before earthshaker. There was 7 or groups unguilded mage/priest/druid groups in stratholme last night, but they appear to be gone now. The server is being invaded by dozens of unguilded sub-level 20 characters as we speak though, so I guess they will be back soon enough.

Ridiculous. How is this even going to hurt bots. They will just switch realms or farm outside. It just hurts legitimate players. Not that Activision care about that. Why not spend a few $ of the millions you get off us every month and think up a way to not punish the whole playerbase. Other games manage it just fine.

strat bots doesn’t even get affected by it 1 run takes around 1 hour which means they’ll have new instances when all 30 runs are done

This means that people who did more than 30 runs daily now have an unfair advantage over those who didn’t as people can no longer do >30 runs.

Blizz never considers EVEN PLAYING FIELD.

Good thing. I would go even further, to 15 per 24h.
Boosting and gold farming should be reduced to minimum.

This clearly isn`t targetting bots, it is targeting RMT in general (Real Money Trading), Blizzard can track gold from hacked accounts and gold from bots that get banned, but not legitimately hard earned gold from dungeon farmers.
Pretty clear that they want that to be minimized because its cheating and against TOS to sell gold.

They added the additional Black Lotus spawns so farming outside of dungeons wont suck that much, yet they forgot that classic servers are still waaaay to big/populated to only farm outside of dungeons.

I really like that they you are trying to do something against RMT in WoW, I just dont like the way you are doing it. You have the experience that the only thing that works against RMT is selling ingame currencies yourself. Add your Warcraft Tokens in Classic, make people buy gold directly from you, like you did in retail, imho thats the strongest move you have.

The comunity asked for Warcraft Classic+, you delivered Warcraft Classic-.
What a joke.

A couple of days ago I renewed my subscription on 4 extra Accounts to boost myself and then multibox, now I will have to ask for a refund because you made it impossible to quickly level them the way I intended to, thank you.

The megaservers are of course one of the fundamental problems. One of the effects is that farming in the open is nowhere near sufficient.

Why on earth do linked accounts share lockouts? That means only 3h/15 lockouts of dungeon farming if you multibox two clients as alot of people do.
Imagine paying more to be able to play less.

And for the love of god EXCLUDE RAIDS.

if i have a workstation farming on 5 realms with 100 bots on every realm (500 bots total) , and every bot farms 100 instances on one realm every day. i get millions of gold every day.

from now on, i still have a workstation farming on 5 realms with 500 bots all 5 realms (500 total), and every bot farms 20 instances on every realm every day. i get the same millions of gold every day.

excuse me, i forget what you just have done, can you say it again please?

All the 5 man+ boxers are totaly screwed. Its glorious

This did kill retail for me, but it might also be related to downgrading the raid sizes, so I dunno.
But no matter if it did, it’s less bad than what they actually are doing with the 30 instance limit…

I can’t believe it. There’s so many bots that they’ve even infiltrated Blizzard HQ.

This change has to be made by an actual bot.

It’s the most stupid, ridiculous thing I’ve heard in ages.

“Guys we don’t want to ban a huge source of revenue. We’re going to punish you all instead”

Sorry raid leader, i can’t raid today. I did a lot of ZF runs on my mage to buy flasks and some Scarlet monestary runs on my alt to level up" … hit the limit today.

Absolutely laughable!

Also your own post is even contradicting, it states:

Which would indicate an actual day, like 30 instances on June 18.

But after it says:

This one states in the last 24 hours. So which could be partly 17 June, and partly 18 June.

So which one is it? Can you at least properly explain your terrible policies?
