I am starting to play WoW Classic with my friend and we are confused what realm to pick.
We’re interested in all aspects of the game PvP, PvE, everything. Currently we’re on Zandalar Tribe (Horde) EU and we’re not pleased with low population. Can anyone please recommend us a realm with balanced faction numbers and good population where later, numbers won’t dwindle?
Also we dislike min-max mentality, we’re accepting of something like Ret Paladin, Enh shaman, Balance druid in raids etc.

Feel free to start on Gehennas, its a high populated server and Horde guild need people with the mentality to enjoy Classic even as latecomers do the raids the proper way not just get boosted as a spotfiller by PUGs with AQ40 and naxx geared ppl in ZG or MC.

I am very interested now to do Gehennas with my friend. Are there login que’s on peek hours like Fridays afternoon ?
I have never experienced any login queue no matter what day or hour of the day it was.

Stay far away from Gehennas, it is one of the more try-hard servers with a ton of elitist players who will berate you for any mistake you make.
Leaving that server for Earthshaker was one of the best deciscions I made in Classic.

Well it do all depend on the guild in Empire we try to have a nice experience actually playing the game and we do not care about the elitists (sadly they took some of our members tempted by easy loot like in retail).
Therefore we recruit more players in order to be able to have fun and play the bigger raids progressing them in normal pace with the occasional wipes that we actually find more entertaining than being something bad (no retail mentality).
We seek more players especially healers with the same mindset to our guild Empire horde side. We will also have fun progressing TBC from the start no pressure just enjoyment of the game like in the old times.

I dont know man. Soon as I logged, I got help from a random lvl 43, told me something about realm etc. Invited me to leveling guild with tons of ppl helping me and giving me tips. Also got few world interactions with lots of /emotes and random dancing waving and fun :S
You are far more likely to encounter it at lv 60.
I hope you find a better experience on that server then I did and I hope you don’t find out at lv 60 that it was a mistake to stay.

I joined Earthshaker as well.
I have one issue though, I fear the TBC launch queues and I wonder if going on a very low populated server isn’t a better choice?
How fast did the population settle after the Classic launch?

Hello. That sounds great, but I am going for Enhancement for TBC. I would be so interested to join if I haven’t joined guild for alt leveling (even though this is my first character: Hellscreamkv ). Thank you bunch for being amasing guild!
