New player, trasmog questions

Hi all, I’m new to the game and while scratching my belly and doing nothing in my capital city I started browsing the collection tab.
I’m now in love with this trasmog but I’m not sure I can use it on my Warrior since I believe it’s a paladin set from Antorus.

Do you guys know if a warrior can drop and use this as a trasmog?

that set is the Dreadwake set for Death knights that drops from Antorus.

You can obtain all pieces of the lookalike for that colouarion except the shoulders.

basically, you can obtain all the pieces and transmog them onto a warrior except the shoulders which are death knight only.

Everything you can find in the appearance collection can be collected and used by the character you’re browsing it. The system doestn’t display anything you can’t use there.

Nah it’s different. I know the one you are talking about. I dropped some pieces of it but this is different!
Shoulders are from an other set tho
The rest is from Antorus and its the same of the paladin specific but it’s black
I read somewhere that class specific stuff is still “not wearable” from different classes, is that true?

Also, can I drop something that is specifically for paladin even if I’m a warrior?

Yes, that is true but you can get the lookalike pieces, which sometimes there isn’t a complete set of.

In the instance of the Antorus paladin set, you can get all the lookalike pieces except the helmet:

That’s the lookalike set there, you need to collect them pieces in particular to be able to transmog it onto your warrior.

If you get tokens on your paladin, they are the paladin only pieces.

Croecell is correct

Whenever an item has a “Classes: xxxx” restriction in its tooltip, only those classes will be able to use the item and its appearance.

As he was mentioning - however - most sets share their aspect (and sometimes their color as well) with a generic look-alike which has no such requirements and can thus be worn by all the classes that use that specific armor type as primary.

As an example, the appearance of a generic plate item such as the [Pauldrons of the Eternal Offensive] can be unlocked by warriors, paladins and death knights.
