Hi all, will it be possible to pick up the reward in a week or will the pvp ranks reset without giving anything for the past week? I’m talking about vanilla.
They did make a post on this. Just look for the blues.
Tldr (what I got out of it) is that this last week does not count.
16th->23rd/24th
PvP related anything during that time does not carry over.
So neither kills or rank progress made in the week.
Then after the system update on the 24th; They are not resetting ranks.
You start with the kills you had before this lost week, and the rank/ rank progress that you had at that time (minus one weeks decay; while we wont gain rp or kills, the lost week will still carry its decay with it).
Your lifetime highest rank will also be unchanged.
Bit of a shame that we lose an Av weekend, as we only have the one per month, but oh well. Could be a time to touch some grass. Or farm up a ton of consumes so you are ready to push when the new system begins.
At the same time, could be an opportunity for less pvp minded people to farm up their Av rep. What better time for them than when the pvp system is essentially disabled.
Would be sort of like leveling up before phase 2 dropped.
