You know what they didn’t say anything about? The energy recharge system, when you have more stuff to replace, but you made a system to withhold your initial one, it means it isn’t fit to work with a larger batch of items to replace.
Per short energy recharge is “balanced” with our current options. Extending those and not extending the recharge system is an oversight.
I’m willing to bet they won’t touch on that and just let it live like it is.
Kevin Martens:
“We’re also adding an Empowered Conduit System. You can take individual conduit slots and empower them to unveil either more power or more abilities. No abilities [examples] as this system is in very early development and we’re still testing it.”
More time wasted on an unnecessary and useless system. Yay!
This. There are probably a couple mandatory conduits for each spec they could’ve just made passive abilities you learn for example at lvl 53, 57 and 60 or something.
what the hell is this thread… I lost too many brain cells reading these comments, do you people even know what what you complain about???
every expansion, there will be some specific core systems to build on and play around, and in shadowland they are legendaries and conduits. if they dont expand, enhance and add new powers to this system what are we even try to achieve?? ain’t no one want to scrap all of these and do a completely new system to break the game like the case of BFA
gladly didnt play before legion cause that sound boring as f, this offers more options for players to interact and find new gameplay with their base powers,
of course blizz need balance their system, its clearly imperfect but to upgrade your character with only gear and stats sound dead as hell.
So long as they make several competitive I don’t mind. The intended leggo buffs shows blizz are mindful of this at least, so gaps where they exist are small.
Not like BFA where new essences were largely (at least one) BIS so there was real choice offered, it was simply a case of “oh yeah forget the old one you want these new ones”.
