I’m not a fan of the new look and feel of the UI, personal preference I know but why fix what wasn’t broken?, so is there an easy way to get as close as possible to the original look?
Specifically can you reduce the size of the minimap and have the bottom action bars as they were?
The classic option in edit doesn’t set the bottom bars or the minimap as they were.

Bottom bars is hard to answer as i dont know what you had.
But kinda.
You move bars 1 and 2 to where they were.
For bar 3 you click it and select it to be on 2 rows.
You can also rescale the icons.
The map size cannot be changed outside of UI scale in the options menu.

Doesn’t seem like there’s an option to keep the old UI which seems like a massive oversight.

it will arrive for sure a mod about that. but sincerely i dont see any problem with this new ui.
There is a classic option in the edit options but it’s only partial.
What I want to do is to have the 6 boxes at the end of bar 1 to the right of the selection arrows back and basically have everything back as it was.
I’m with you 100 percent if they don’t allow an option to revert it will be back to LOTRO for me it is the worst thing they have ever done to this game and that is saying something i could cry !!!

Select the first hotbar and disable the “art”.
Enable a new hotbar and make it 6 buttons long.
Stick it next to the first hotbar.

Just noticed that they also implemented a new talent tree with no option to refund/reallocate, there’s a new loadout option but haven’t tried that yet, but that may be better in a different thread.
As do I but without disabling it you can’t get the same effect, everything clips.
An option to reduce the size of the minimap is a must. Default is much too big.

I want the old classic UI back the bagslot icons are tiny , the store , talent point etc icons are so tiny
The icon to say you got mail isn’t next to the minimap anymore it’s a tiny icon next to the clock …
Also I miss having my 4 action bars at the bottom , all clumped together as one is a complete mess.

Not a UI fault but how is the AH broken again , can’t scan with tsm … fine . Turns it off can’t manually post either … come on !

Right click the talent to unselect it
And why are the bottom right icons so small takes me so long to find dungeon finder ect, also there must be a new font or something on certain things it looks wrong

Arghhhhhh and ive just discovered the dungeon finder eye is no longer on the mini map when waiting its now clipping through the dragon at the bottom on the new UI !!! I HATE THIS !!!

Pretty sure there is that option, Wowhead tells you how to do it (i think)
Is there any way to give the talents and character icon etc colour? They look so dull atm…would be easier to see which is which if they had their old colours too
