Who the f##ck came up with this and, more importantly, who APPROVED it? Whose brilliant mind came up with the idea that such a restriction would somehow affect botting/rmt more than it would affect ordinary newcommers? There are a lot of interviews with bot owners. It seems to me that everyone already knows that the bot pays for itself in a couple of days.
