Yep same thing for me, stuck on black character select screen. I took days off to play this and I am now sat staring at nothing… ty Blizz
On the login screen there was a message that they are aware of issues on Kazzak and Draenor… but still.
sad this tecnical support. Dont even reply to this post
Just open up free transfers and this problem will go a long way towards fixing itself because you could get thousands of people off Kazzak and Dreanor.

Same just got kick out of Kazzak and can’t log in black character screen this is the third time it happens what is going on Blizz ??

What exactly did you do? Waited on character screen or spam realm change?
they had a maintanence and it seems nothing changed

i just wanna say its bad show last night with 6500 in que and we couldnt play 1 hour later was incompotible servers beacuse client couldnt update the game now its empty character select in kazzak i mean WTF blizzard do somthing its pay to play game shouldnt be like this comon chop chop if this be like this your next talk will be with my lawyer …

Going back to Silvermoon. I’d rather relevel to 60 than fing be locked out of the game more than half the day. Good luck to the guys on Kazzak.

technical support hides from problems. Or dont have the freedom to reply to this problem
My characters loaded after 30 minutes, i went into loading screen, waited there another 15 minutes and then I got a dc…
Blizzard, we are paying for the game and a subscription on top of that. We expect to get the service we are paying for, there’s not even an acknowledgement from your company that are you aware and trying to fix it.

Ah, yes. Had to stay extra hours at work last night out of the blue. Just woke up to find out that all realms are up and running, except the one my main is in. I love life so much right now

I think blizz owes us an free month of game time or free character transfer took a few days off for this have been able to play proper for like 3 hours… in 3 days ! Lol thanks blizzard
The worst part is that this won’t go away anytime soon, it is going to be everyday until they upgrade the server.
