Yeah so I guess most of us has seen the clip of Jokered checking the AV vendor at exalted, but no spellcrit & spellpen ring is to be found
Can we get a reason behind this blizzard?
R13 shoulders got spell pen, arcanist 5set got spellpen.
Mage talent has spell pen

it was added to the vendor at a later date in vanilla as well.
We’re on 1.13 and epic ranking gear was updated in 1.10 / 1.11?

The r14 caster weapons were also added at a later date and yet they are ingame atm
Was added when AQ went live. Probably because everybody started having insane amounts of spell resistance

They dont, its quite obvious that blizzard is completly incompetent
Well, this is why I made the thread to begin with. Blizzard is playing fast and loose with items and doesnt even communicate.
They said WSG items arent in, fine. They never said anything about not having x AV rep item in?
Well most the items you have are the wrong stats if we use that added later logic
