Well there is no point in complaining sins Activition Blizzard dont give a dame about players anymore. The only thing they do understan is the lack of subscription. The only way to fix things is to stop subscribing but what will that help us if we dont play.

If you have the time to farm mounts on 18 Paladins, then I don’t think time constraints from changes to portals are of relevance to you.

Not sure it is still there(quest phasing), but not checked. I normally enter Darnassus/Darkshore through my class hall(Moonglade portal), Legion Dalaran or Shrine(not anymore). I shouldn’t be forced through SW anyways. I am really, extremely, effin tired of being forced to go there for everything that isn’t even relevant to SW. Just realizining that the Dwarven Heritage armor questline started in SW, triggered me majorly. It should have started in the Explorers League quarter of IF, and never have anything to do with SW.

There’s a quadrillion teleport items to Stormwind, so you’re basically just teleporting to Darnassus by proxy. It takes less than 10 seconds from arriving in Stormwind to teleporting to Darnassus.
And like you point out yourself, you still have other means of getting to Darnassus.
Let’s not make these pet peeves bigger than they are.

You’re missing the point. This has nothing to do with travelling time. I want the world back. I have zero interest in being stuck in SW for a single second anymore. They destroyed SW’s value to me, by destroying all the other cities and forcing people to use SW only. That’s my problem. NOT travelling time. This isn’t about travelling this is about immersion and involvement in the world, which SW dominance takes away from me. I get triggered every time I have to visit SW at this point, and have been for a while.

I have to! If you haven’t noticed already, every effin quest related to any new content, starts in SW. Even the effin Dwarven heritage armor quest. Why? And wanna use warmode? Go turn it on in SW. You can turn it off anywhere else, but if you wanna turn it on… Go to SW!
Some quests makes sense to have in SW, but I have multiple times come across content that would have been much better off being placed elsewhere.

I suppose it’s just a design choice to have each faction’s main city be Orgrimmar and Stormwind respectively.
There’s something to be said for everything being spread out and accessible through the different major cities. But in regards to stuff like the faction embassies and such, then they kind of have to pick a single place to put it. And it does make sense that it’s placed in Stormwind and Orgrimmar. I mean, that’s where Anduin and Sylvannas are. That’s where the story sort of originates from.
As far as portals and such goes, they’re there if you want to use them. If not, then don’t.
Why? If you don’t care to read my posts, then just ignore them. I don’t need some random dude with a stick up his behind telling me how my posts aren’t to his liking. Tough luck. If you have nothing of relevance to say in regards to the topic, then your input is of no use to me.

It’s a design choice grown out of hand.
Oh, some content certainly belong in SW. The problem arrives when everything gets put there, when it would have made a better story being placed in a location that made more sense and connection to the questline itself/world.
Heck, even the lack of transmog and barber shop in the other racial cities are pretty annoying, and a design choice I cannot understand.

I mentioned the blue from US asking why people are upset over the CoT portal if he needs to ask that then blizzard are out of touch with the playerbase
SW shouldnt be the hub always if anything IF should be just like in early classic but you go out of your way every single time to defend there stupid choices.

I can’t believe that portal room thing i was waiting as good improvement for the game turns out to be actually removal of so many portals. Once again Blizzard has managed to do their corrupt a wish act. God i despise them so much right now.
And that blue response is absolutely absurd.
I understand that changes can throw people off a bit at first, but I also think they help keep the world of Azeroth feeling alive. When there are fewer portals, does the world feel a bit bigger to you? Do you like that?
Like what nonsense is that? Are they going to make mounts walk slower next making world again feel much bigger? Perhaps shrunk all buildings and characters and voila world is bigger again? Make people to walk to every instance even when using lfg, heck why not just remove any instanced content all together to make world feel more alive.

Beyond that my other replies is basically just me clarifying how you can still travel around the world easily – even with some of the old portals gone – because you have access to a lot of teleportation items.
And why on earth are you QQing about me in regards to Blizzard’s choices? If you think what Blizzard are doing is stupid, then direct your displeasure toward them, not me. I’m not developing the game, I just play it. You’re barking up the wrong tree.

They are out of touch with everyone except Jito who wish to run on foot in walk mode so the world feel bigger and more “immersive”, seriously Jito, stop fanboying and then act all surprised when people get annoyed with you. This is just getting worse every patch. If they want people to see their world they need to make it more accessible and not less so and slower.
