I do this because blizzard have become straight up Notzis with banning over the slightest negative comments i make in response to someone who is a nudging passive aggressive player, and they get hurt by my comebacks.

This way i am safe of the snowflakes, and Notzi Blizzard

there is an ignore button, banning players from a playerbase already small specially for something as insignificant as getting triggered by any word unless borederline extreme is something ill never understand

and i grew up with people adding me telling me how they wish my mom would die painfully after a match on halo 2 or halo 3 or league

modern generations are such snowflakes they would end up literally banning everyone and making it eventually a single player game.

also people keep getting triggered by the smallest thing, soon what kind of socks you wear will determine your chances of getting reported.

I moved to Europe from the USA and I was very surprised that it is just as toxic. I assumed Europeans would be more chill. I suppose it’s a universal human element that comes out when people aren’t afraid of getting popped in the mouth. I really get disappointed in myself if I engage back, which happens. But I’ve been better about checking my ego and ignoring it. I don’t understand people who spend their energy in saying cruel stuff.

It’s not helpful to anyone INCLUDING the person trash talking someone in Solo Shuffle. People will intentionally throw or get tilted in response. It’s even more silly when you’re 1700 and someone with a Gladiator mount is having an aneurysm because you’re not on their level.

Interesting. I always assumed the NA region was less toxic as its PvP population appears more casual & friendly overall. On top of that there isn’t as much of a language barrier as on EU, or biases towards certain groups of people of different nationality (for instance players with a name written in Cyrillic are sometimes looked down upon by “western eu” people by default, etc).

Pretty much thought the same thing with less toxicity in NA due to not as hard meta focused as in EU.
But I would prob guess its more based on what ppl are just allowed to do, atleast on the forums where theres noone who moderates.
Example would be, I called someone an idiot on mmo-champion and got reported and a warning due to “flaming” within a day. xd

That makes sense… The only difference I’ve notice about NA and EU is trade chat people will help you if you ask a question and it’s easier to find a guild, there are of course full-time trolls sitting in trade chat too in NA.
It’s interesting though how even with the language barriers in Europe the arena ladder is higher and mythic guilds pulling off “world firsts” with the world release lag. So props!

Do not use chat at all if possible and do not write stuff that could be considered even mildly offensive. Especially general/trade chat and large group chat (random BGs for example). One of my RBG colleagues got perma-banned a few weeks ago for wanting to buy a level boost (for gold!) in the new service/trade channel. Apparently, some weirdos reported him and he would have have been automatically perma-banned if he had not appealed it. The community is rotten to the core and you are at risk of being banned for no reason.
