No redeemed souls after covenant swap

I swapped my covenant from Venthyr to Kyrian. I chose the option to skip the introductory quests as I had already done them once. Problem is that I did not receive any Redeemed Souls so I cannot even get my operations going.

NOTE
If you have already completed the introductory quests once before changing your covenant there is an NPC you can talk to (Polemarch Adrestes for Kyrian) and choose to skip the quests, which should give you the Redeemed souls.

If you changed covenants before completing the introduction, it seems that only thing you can do for now is wait for a fix.

Iā€™m having the same issue after switching from Night Fae to Kyrian. None of the quests that give you Redeemed Souls are available.

Only thing I found googling around was a post on Reddit of others having the same problem.

Same issue here, went from NF -> Kyrian, progressed campaign and I now need to upgrade my covenant sanctum, which I canā€™t do as the currency (Redeemed Souls in my case) was never rewarded after doing the quests in the Maw.

Same issue here. Canā€™t do anything. Pretty depressing to be locked out of Shadowlands on my main.

Having the same issues and canā€™t seem to find a work around. I have made a ticket.
I really hope someone with any validity responds to this, because it is a major issue, especially for us who just main one toon

Have reported it. Has anyone actually been able to continue campaign after swapping covenant? Because my character is just stuck now

I raised the ticket and got a response.

It was the auto-response, basically telling me Iā€™m wrong and to check guides on WoWhead for an answer.

It seems to have been fixed. I just randomly gained 5 Redeemed souls. Ty blizzard!

If you didnā€™t get any, try going to your covenant quest giver, and choose the option to skip the introductory quests.
