How is it that SL is up and running? Are the folks who are playing Classic paying less money for their subscription? If it takes for blizzard twice as long to get the Classic servers up, then perhaps the Classic subscription should be half as much as the retail one.

Okay Karen, show me the chart you signed with Blizzard, where it specifically says they will compensate you for when the servers are down. I’ll be waiting.
I have been playing for three weeks only, and it is the first time the server are down, it is actually impressive, considering they are the number 1 MMORPG provider.
You are the first bad interaction I had with, didn’t know people like you still existed, jeez.

Classic, once again, does seem to be the poor relation here. Perhaps they should, as suggested, do a cheaper Classic only subscription for those of us who have no interest in retail…that might soften the blow a bit of always coming second to retail for service and fixes.

It’s time Blizzard sold Classic rights + TBC to a company that actually cares about the players.
They can’t come up with the magic of Classic anyhow and it annoys the sh!t out of them,
It’s ok servers are down, it happens. What bothers me that retail is fixed long ago while classic remains to be broken. This is going for 3 hours already…

It is not about compensation. The humiliation and also the bad mood we have right now not being able to play in a Saturday night does not worth a day of subscription or any money. The lack of respect is what bothers me the most, not being able to tell something to the community, not wanting, patronizing them. I paid a month free to try wow classic which I enjoied. I just cancelled my subscription. Not because I can’t play right now, because the lack of respect not being informed and so on. The missinformation, the assumption, not knowing when to log back or having only vague informations is what kills me. Hope Blizzard will come closer to the people, having a team to communicate more eficientlly and not just applying Governament attitude just because they can.

Anf they can tell this oficially with a roughlly estimation? Like they cannot prevent attack nor having the expertise to give some proper information? It’s the attacker fault right? Again lack of information is making peoples mad. They can say that the night is compromised come back tomorrow. I can understand that, but not after 3 hours while trrying to log in. Anyhow, the Classic experience just became bad. Just saying…
