Mages print gold, hunters and warlocks have pretty good options available. Any class that can tank end game dungeons can make easy gold just selling tanking services at ridiculous conditions due to how high demand for tanks is full orb hr/hr every green and blue drop etc.
Saying only mages have the option of easy gold is just wrong
You can solo DM:E for rich thoriums and/or herbs. Can also do it faster and kill bosses for disenchants/vendoring with a warrior buddy. You also have the option to farm Blackstone ring for people in Maraudon by killing princess solo. Plenty of ways to make gold.
Dme requires a lot of gear to be able to run so there are no ways of doing them. Solo mara runs as priest are also so painfully slow your gph is gonna be awful
You can sell healing services. I see people asking for brd arena healers all day. You can do that from before lvl 50.
Mages are not even comparable to other classes when it comes to getting gold, even the decent classes like warlock & hunter are bad in comparison.
If you donât have mining you could find a warrior to do DM:E duo runs, doesnât require much gear from the healerâs part, you could easily do it in greens as long as the warrior has some gear and is lvl 60.
How much would you pay healer for 5 runs? I never heard of anyone paying for runs. Saw few times offers like 5 runs, 100g if SGC drops but that makes no sense because SGC will not drop.
You absolutely can not do duo runs in green gear, youre gonna oom instantly even if youre both pre-bis its not enough you have to be pretty much full bis to duo run.
Healing services arent a thing, healers are in abundance in this game unlike tanks. Even if you did manage to sell healing services in brd you would make like sub 20g/h which is awful.
Truly just goes to show mage players have no clue how the game is actually played once you turn god mode off
start alting and sell cooldowns of arcanite and mooncloth.
leveling from 0 to 35 is around 3 days / played.
if you can level 3-4 alts, you wont suffer from not having gold. Probably they will found your consumables for main.
you can also farm magic dust on westfall.
I did a jump run with a lvl 58 warrior still with gear from SM. I did have near prebis gear on my priest, but it would have been significantly easier with a more geared (lvl 60) warrior and me having worse gear would have changed nothing.
But a healer is practically free to play in raids unless you are speedrunning and having to flask pot.
You did not duo DME with that gear and idk why youre lying. Go back to farming ZF or whatever it is you mage players do all day

On my hpriest in 2019 I fished, cooked, herbed a bit, made some pots, ran dungeons with guildies/friends, finished quests when I bumped into m. I was quite ok on gold, even if the epic mount took a while. It didnât bother me, it was the same (even worse with all my noobinessâŠ? 
) in 2005.
If you donât worry about it too much and just do some stuff you can do, itâll accumulate over time. If you want it asap, then it might be better to roll an alt that can solo well as others have suggested.

Look at ah prices and check what is currently overpriced, go farm that for abit and sell it.
Priest can do zf runs for gold. Not as good as mages but its viable.
Or maybe brd arena runs?

Skinning / herbs / mining is still worth doing beacuse people leveling crafting need materials for raids. Just need do some research and gold will come to you.
Im not make 100 gold perday but ido altest 10 to 50 gold per day i play maybe 2 3hours.
With main 60 lvl i farmed Essences all day water/air =profit

Air is 12 gold . The chance are 2 % to 5% to obtain one of them but you can easily farm since npc are 51 to 57 lvlâŠ
i play a resto shaman, no proffessions, i have no problem making gold.
There are tons of ways to make gold, check up some gold making guides on youtube and i bet you can find something that works for you, Good luck!
Charge for healing in strat and scholo, zf and DM - felcloth and mooncloth and runecloth are your friends - essences also. Who knows maybe you will get an epic dropâŠ! Also farm enchants - crusader is 500 g a pop. The green liquid (forget the name) from winterfall is a good one to farm. Also as HOLY in W P farm greater nature protection potion recipe in the cave (far end of wp border of ep) from ones other than the blobs (forget their name)âŠwith nova + smite you will blitz it and they go for around 40 g a pop! 2-4 in a few hours I would say (this will increase) (shh this farm is somewhat secret DOH).
I dont think there is a answer that will make you stop whining like a little baby
