I am pretty sure there are many things not available in game. Trading card code items etc.

RDF was implemented along ICC and have a huge effect on the SOCIAL DYNAMIC. No other feature have that kind negative effect on the social dynamic. Get it?

RDF has not place in Classic at all. It alters the social dynamics. It goes against the design philosophy of Classic.
