We have got air support now, boys and girls,
thanks to AzAMOuS
Like it, Comment it, share it. we just want to play tbc again
Yes, it was wise for Blizzard to introduce tbc and wotlk era servers to fans. We hope this will happen in the near future.
Bump, give us TBC back.
Don’t care about those stupid replies.
The truth is that there is more than enough players for every era servers if Blizzard opens them.
It doesn’t matter what some random basement dwellers are saying here.
It feels like this forum is pointless.
Because when someone creates a topic about something here, then people are always right away against it and telling how stupid and ridiculous you are.
This argument falls short when considering the simultaneous existence of three different game modes for Vanilla Classic.
Moreover, if they aim to avoid repeating the mistakes of the Vanilla era, they shouldn’t simply abstain from doing it, but rather opt for only 1-2 merged servers per region, as many have already suggested. Additionally, even if there isn’t a large community right away for TBC and WotLK, there will likely be one within the next year at the earliest, and within 2-3 years at the latest as we see with classic era.
there isn’t enough demand for tbc and blizzard knows it.
tbc has never been something that has competed with vanilla or wotlk in terms of sheer demand. it’s never been something that people have flocked too in the pserver community. it’s always been vanilla, wotlk, cata and mop. and it’s understandable why but that horse has been beaten a thousand times before already. if we aren’t getting wotlk era the chances of you getting tbc era is virtually impossible.
blizz aint gonna divide the community between all the game versions because then retail loses its steam and the rest of the classic community is spread too thin to be even called an mmo. they want you playing the next new thing, not something thats already been made and finished a 1-2 decades ago.
Yeah, what they want.
I not want Retail or new Shiny, I Want 2 Era servers all 3 Classics, please!
And now it makes sense
“You think you do but you dont”
Excuse me for asking but what did you think was going to happen? Taken hostage? I mean it was clear from the moment they announced TBC Classic that they were going to do wrath and even cata, and I’m very sure MoP will come too. You have era if you want vanilla.
Or if you’re talking about not getting wrath era servers I would somewhat understand but it’s just a sad fact we won’t get any.
Era was never alive. Even calling it “medium” is a) based on blizzards numbers where the lower pop wrath servers that are still playable show as “full” and b) concerns a whole cluster.
It’s been dead forever and nobody relevant has ever cared about it. The same 10 people on their alts are spamming the forums claiming they speak for the community, but they don’t.
Good thing blizzard did a real representative survey based on player accounts and doesn’t listen to these cope polluted forums.
Sorry, I never ever imagine Cata come!
My line of thought was something along the line of “TBC is coming out and I have no interest in ever touching that again, I’ll let the hype cool down and come back to classic at some point”
Logged off a day before TBC came out, and came back to WoW later.
At which point my characters were stuck, since they for no obvious reason put a time limit on when you had to transfer the characters to what turned out to be “Era”.
Characters are still sitting on whatever realm with placeholder names, haven’t touched them at all so should be a relatively simple transfer you would think.
Yes, a new Vanilla must be released, like its first launch in 2019. We do not want to add any new features to the characters, such as the SoD version. We are eager for Blizzard to do this, because I actually remember when it released the Cata expansion in 2010. Wow, it was almost dead.
Oh yeah this argument. Blizz put out news months before TBC even hit the servers that you had to choose wether you wanted to stay in era or move on to TBC, which would happen automatically if you did nothing, after 1.5 years. They even sent out emails with that same message.
So that’s 100% on you. You had almost 2 years to log in, click where you wanted to send your chars and log back out.
Then you were deluding yourself from the start. The moment they announced wrath classic it was glaringly obvious they were going to continue classic until people stopped playing.
I do believe they will either one day reset the classic timeline or move SoD to TBC and Wrath for a new classic+ experience.
We spoke of launch of BC.
I just ask for Era Wrath server. SoD not interest me. Want to keep Characters from Wrath and not have them force moved to Cata.
And I didn’t.
Sure, you could say that’s on me. But why was there a time limit at all?
