We are many not yet done with Wrath. If they Quick open up Wrath server with allowed to move over from Cata any toon not levelled in Cata for pay … would net Blizz lots of G

All TBC servers died before P2 even got going properly, except the big ones full of GBID and bots.
Do you wanna experience the same all over again?
SoM really didnt help tbc, it was just the timing and blizz seriously messed up on that,
I was on a medium pop server most of the xpac, and had a good time,
Poor attempt at dooming.

Very sweeping statement. My server not died. I think mostly PvP servers emptied to fill SoD.

I’m talking about a month into TBC Phase 2, perhaps you mean SoM.
The PvP servers were facing a big exodus yes, when I checked the stats, everyone was going to the megaservers and our guild couldn’t replace key members to keep raiding.
Not sure about the PvE one, maybe I’ll stick to that next time, as there isn’t any fair PvP happening on the rest anyway.
I remember the poor alliance trying to contest Auchindon when there were 4 horde raids roaming and ganking everything.
The only fond memory I have is logging my main to avenge people trying to corpse-camp me while leveling.
Sorry for ranting, I really like TBC too and would love to experience it again, but they need to do it right - 2 servers, no GBID and no boosting of any kind.
Nope, I only play PvE, so I experience nor remember nothing of this. I remember fun times and good guild.

It is not dead at all, in fact there is huge amount of population inside and again new wave of people joined again, leveling from scratch.

Cataclysm, SoD and War Within might not help a re-release of classic TBC either.

I would actually prefer a quiet release if they make the tbc/wrath servers.
No fanfare, just make it know they are up and ofc enable your forced cata chars a free transfer/clone service.
