Not a single casual friendly change in 9.1.5

As i said, play a game you got time for. Otherwise do something casual, do a profession, do normal hcs and own the ah etc. Dont try to destroy the mmo, you are not as hardcore as some people and you have to act accordingly. I dont go to a pro soccer game and cry about that i dont get the ball do i?

Legacy content getting nerfed we don’t know how much yet and this is not .2 patch its 1.5 don’t expect new content. .5 patches are usually quality of life patches.

No one wants tf back that thing was a scar on the game

Not really , before Shadowlands i could do multiple types of content. Covenant locking , conduit energy locked me from doing chill pvp after raids or dungeons

Considering how low the raid and pvp drop rates , doing this will make mythic + only source for gearing and i don’t want that.

I don’t think you are the majority of the playerbase here

Or have the raid row of the vault reward loot thats better than the actual content, too - like it’s the case for M+ rewards.

Let me help you with that gif.

No casual friendly? New Timewalking, skip of Maw intro, covenant restriction removed. for me this is step in good way.
Bosses shoud always drop this same gear, not some titanforge crap. I do boss and I know what I will be rewarded.

I’m totally not jealous of your trust level 3 :slightly_smiling_face: :hocho:

Another typical lilith’s crusade for TF being brought back!

Yeah, I get it, but they are responding to the vocal minority that make up the hardcore and the Content Creators (who are in for some shocks as they get older) who seem to support the hardcore demands for some odd reason

However, skipping the Maw opening for SL helps casuals too, plenty of altaholics play softer content

I agree and am very happy

Instead of BB titnan forging - do gear less RNG and less grindy. This game about HIGH END CONTENT, but not about painfull gearing for months. People have a lot of alts and can’t play it in PvP and PvE, cuz of grind. Make cosmetic rewards very grindy, but not gear.

Why should, I play then? The m+ is not for me, my guild is dead, and my server too, if you are not czech, and pvp is bad since vanilla. Btw why do you care, if I want to kill mobs faster? Is it hindering your game any way?

That is BS. Wow isnt pro game. Never was. Newer will be.
How my old raid soloing destroy your “hardcore” game?

typical tryhard answers

that why game is so bad because game caters to people like you .

thats why people will play FF14

i mean what blizz want to compete with their new expansion ? exchangable conduits ? 4 year old transmog from raids ? really ?

pathetic company .

The only thing missing from the 9.1.5 announcement is a valor vendor.

Otherwise, it is precisely the casual players who do not participate in hardcore endgame that should be the happiest with these changes as now you have much less friction and more time to do what you want to do.

Instances only get hard when you get to the point where it’s not casual endgame (like +10, which isn’t hard, but I consider it "not casual territory). Although, M+ is comparatively casual to raiding and gearing through M+ is completely viable for casual players.

Casual players can easily get 233 gear, which they can use to get 246 through M+. It’s fine, mate.

and yet number of people who left and are leaving game are proving me to be correct one and you being wrong.

casuals dont care about esports and tryharding content.

they care about hving constant progress of hteir char power

where do they find it ? in FF14 . and 9.1.5 is doing nothing to change this.

What exactly do you want nerfed? There’s already multiple difficulties in raids and dungeons.

How ironic you’re praising FF XIV, knowing you were flaming FF XIV for its “boring” deterministic gearing process.

Because you shouldn’t get the same gear as someone that does more challenging content.

Oh dear. Yeah whatever floats your boat.

Kinda amusing given the people i gave in my example are doing content that im not doing. Also wont change the fact that the vast majority was against covenants upon announcement based on the uproar in the forum.

FF14 caters to a different audience. This change is also benefitting casuals whether you like to admit or not is the least of my concerns.

So? People asked for it. Now its coming. “damned if you, damned if you dont”. Also its a mid patch and not a content patch.

Agreed. But your rant here is on the same level pretty much.

Ofc not but
there are people better than you. So why nerf it down to your level?

You’re not advocating for “casual” changes, you’re advocating for bad player changes. Casual does not equal a bad player. You probably are though.
