I tried that, started keys, people still leave becuse wrong spec lol, even if i have written timing doesnt matter, offcourse not always and I get runs done fine, but it does put your mood done, knowing that the spec you love to play, will have harder time to get in and once you do get in a group they kick you becuse of it.
Both are quiet literally BiS specs right now, especially holy priest 
and 20 Keys are boostable level currently, not sure what the flex’s about

Stating facts is not flexing. Resto druids are undesirable because we’re not resto shamans or holy priests, so I do my own key.

Well, for a 3k score, you would have to buy two +20 boosts for every single dungeon (tyrannical and fortified). I don’t think alot of people to it, since it also doesn’t even give you a real reward.

not a lot of people but I did a few 20 boosts this patch and it pays off greatly.
No, why would I risk having to do a +14 again without 278 great vault loot by taking a 250 warlock, who probably rerolled for meta. Hell nahhh.

Just think about how expensive it is to buy +20 2 times for every dungeon to not even get a title. 
Tell me you’re a dps trying to pug without telling me you’re a dps you’re trying to pug.
People don’t really care about RIO I swear. It’s just with dps, you’re just a drop in the ocean. Every time someone makes an M+ group, they get swarmed with dps applications.
Play a healer or a tank, all else is not viable in pugs.

Yes. Except why would people do that when there are 49 other dps players applying with 2500+k score and 270+ ilvl? What is the reason to take the lowest player?
The only way, I wouldn’t mind taking a 250 ilvl player with 1k io score to my +15 is, if the key wouldn’t be depleted, if we don’t make it in time.

Well if you delubatetaly pick spec that is 25-50 percent weaker and making pushing that amount harder then … Sorry for your buddies you do dungeons with .
Ofc IT doesnt matter when you are all 278 and to by +15. But when pushing +20 ? Why woudl you do that ?
20’s also do not give real money rewards. We just play for fun.
But you cant know that, you can assume by looking at his Rio if he is going to do damage or not.
I had to work hard to get my first +15 key and ksm starting from 220 ilvl without legendaries/tier sets in season 3, and now you expect me to take a random 250 ilvl lock, who isn’t even my friend, to risk having my key depleted? HEEEELLL NAAAAH.

And thats why we have a score which takes the effort of 5 people and puts it as your own, even tho you did 1k overall dps and your friends did 20k+, and now you have a good score.
